While trimming a tree in my parent's yard, the crew's machine dumped several gallons of oil into the yard. The oil has trashed a large portion of the lawn, killing the grass and leaving a terrible smell. The neighbors have complained that the oil has leaked onto their property as well. My father is disabled and cannot clean up the mess on his own. He has contacted the company several times, asking that they return and clean up the oil. They said they would come back and take care of it, but it has now been several weeks, and still nothing.

I made an appointment for someone to come out and grind down three tree stumps that were in my yard. Although the job got completed, I am not impressed with this company's customer service. I scheduled an appointment for Monday February 17th at 9:00 am. The person that was supposed to come out and do the tree stump grinding made no effort whatsoever to be on time. He finally showed up two hours late. There is really no excuse for that kind of service- with no phone call. No email regarding running behind. I ended up calling their office at 10:11 am. We had three tree stumps removed and posted a review a couple days ago. I found their service sub par in the way of punctuality and responsiveness, but they did a decent enough job and at a reasonable price too. They were about what I was expecting them to be, but we left three stars because we probably wouldn't use them again due to the lackluster service. For what it is worth I respected them as a business. What I cannot condone and cannot respect is a business who has their employees create fake reviews to bolster their google rating. They did not reach out to us to try and correct the issue

Shad came over and walked around our yard with us and answered all my crazy questions. His crew showed up bright and early ready to work. Took care of 3 trees that were a real pain for me They were professional and friendly. They were careful and respectful of our property and cleaned up nicely when they were done.
