Services
We get the job done right the first time, every time, never sacrificing efficiency or quality. Happy workers are hard workers. We invest in our team, which results in them investing in their work. Our crews are some of the hardest working people around and are passionate about disciplined execution for the good of our clients.
The Thanksgiving Elementary project involved a First Third Party School Grading & Utility Contract. Our services included Site Grading, Utilities, Curb, Stone, and Asphalt. We were able to improve an aggressive construction schedule and deliver the building pads to Wimco prior to milestone dates, which allowed them to begin construction sooner than anticipated.
We do things a little differently around here. We believe in doing life together outside of the four walls of our office. We go out of our way to celebrate and support each other through life's highest achievements and greatest challenges. It's not business as usual on this team; it's meaningful investment in the lives of others and we're proud of that.
We believe safety is a team effort and we like to make it fun, which is why we reward safety with bonuses, #SafelyCompete company swag, and overall promotion of safety culture. Safety is one of the pillars of how we do business. We strive to not only achieve industry standards, but exceed them, because our crew members are more than just a number to us.
We invest in our people because they matter to us. Whether that's tangibles like health insurance and competitive compensation, or the more intangible things like the ability to move up in our company, we believe in setting you up to achieve success in every sphere of life. All full-time employees get health insurance benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and more.

On foot, my 10 m.o. nephew in a stroller, two dogs (one in my arms) and my sister were forced off the road by the reckless driving of one of Providence's machine operators on our generally safe neighborhood roads today.
We, the pedestrians had the right of way and were cut in front of while turning right by one of the drivers turning left and then followed unreasonably close by another. Caught in between, forced to run to get out from between them. We made eye contact with crew members and they clearly saw us.
The other machine operators nearby seemed to let vehicles pass safely by to their residential

Very unprofessional on job interviews they call your previous employer while you're in for an interview so if you're considering a job with this company you might think twice because they can take the job that you have very unprofessional calling your previous employer while you're there they said it would be a discrepancy for who I work for so rather than telling you that at the beginning of the interview they just call your previous employer and let him know you're applying for a job very unprofessional

Positive: Professionalism
Providence recently did a job which included hauling multiple loads of dirt. They were extremely professional. Harrison and his team were very timely and considerate in all the details. The field supervisor and all the truck drivers were all so careful not to damage the neighbors lawns or anything on my property. GREAT JOB!!!!

I have called this company twice to voice my concern about a reckless driver in one of their company large trucks and no one has called me back. If anyone in the safety department reads these comments please tell your drivers not to run red lights and turn into oncoming traffic.
