I highly recommend these folks! When I called they were so friendly , responsive and understanding - they were able to get me same day service for a small move. NEVER USE THEM. Not only did furniture of ours break during the move, they don’t reimburse you for the breakage. Compensation for broken items equals that of a low quality cheese pizza. Try to resolve by calling them? They treat you as if you’re a SPAM call and essentially hang up on you. Maybe they treat men different, but this lady is considering getting a lawyer it was so bad.

First of all, the movers were supposed to come out to my place on a Wednesday, which they had cancelled last minute and instead said they could come Friday, so I switched all of my plans around to be ready to move out Friday instead. They had called two days before to confirm while I was busy, and left a message. I called them back and of course they don’t answer. Ordered movers roughly a month in advanced. Talked to someone through text and it seemed as if everything was going to be fine. I then get a call (which I missed) and they left a message saying I needed to call back to confirm the move date and all of that. Scheduled these guys for a short move (about 2 blocks) for a 1 bedroom apartment. Was scheduled for Friday morning between 9-10am. I had a few questions before the move that I followed up on with no response. On moving day they texted me they were on the way at 8:30 so I felt good. I was looking for local movers who were reasonably priced. I searched on Google and found Expedient Movers. I emailed them and to my surprise I actually received a reply within MINUTES! In less than an hour and within 3 emails back and forth, my move was scheduled and guaranteed. Moving day comes along. I was again amazed that the guys showed up exactly on time (if not a few minutes early). I will say that I was slightly concerned when they showed up in a U-haul truck instead of a company truck. If I could give them zero stars I would. Broke or damaged almost all of my furniture. Sent all the pic to claims and they want to ‘generously’ give me 200$ for the damages. The movers took almost 6 hours to move a king bed and tall dresser, another tall dresser and dvd rack, two bedside tables, washer and dryer and the contents of 1/8th 2 car garage. They put all my drawers on a dolly and dropped them all and now none of them fit properly.Broke the bottom off my dvd rack and ‘fixed it’ but it is not centered anymore. They almost forgot my washer dryer, did not listen on how to disassemble

These are the worst movers ever! They knew upfront how much stuff I had in storage and that I needed it moved in one day. They scheduled me in the middle of the day by their own choice and around 5:00 pm the movers said they don't work after 5:00 and would have to charge me for another full day to come back. When they brought the last truck to my home, one of them went through my underwear drawer and asked me if I have ever worn the same pair twice because I had so many. We used a moving company "Expedient Movers Inc" to move antique furniture we had, the movers were clumsy at best and negligent at worst. The truck they came isn't what is shown in pictures, it was beat to hell. They damaged drywall in the house, broke thousands of dollars in furniture and all they have offered is $300. I am a disabled veteran and couldn't move this by myself due to my back issues. Do not use. They lie and refuse to communicate. Wasted a day waiting, never showed. If I called went to voice mailed, they checked caller ID. Used another phone they were not familiar and they picked up.

I this company is horrible, they did a move for me and many things occurred, first they were over 4 hours past my scheduled time then they did some damage to a wall and never acknowledged it then they damaged my brand new dresser and were acting like it wasnt them and soiled my new all white mattress. You call them and all they tell u is that their claims dept will email you,they wont give you the claims dept number and just leave you hanging... til today over heard nothing from the claims dept it's been a month ... oh they will tell you it can take up to 60 days for them to get to you

Awesome! I don't use this word very much but the moving crew of Nick, Anderson, and Hivas were the best! This was an estate move with a short deadline, items had to be moved. The weather was not agreeable and the crew was delayed in the projected time slot. They called, came and made it happen for me. Extremely hard working, efficient, and fast describe the service. Weather and donation locations were a problem but Nick was able to make this work for me. There was very heavy furniture, fragile items, clothes, knick nags and even a piano moved by this GREAT crew. This was a in town location

Please beware of this company and do your research. They have at least 8 complaints against them with only one resolved with the BBB and a C rating for terrible service. They reassembled furniture wrong, lost the screws and bolts, stole tools, and damaged furniture. All furniture was new within the last two years. I moved down the street. Instead of loading the truck they walked my belongs down the street. it took forever and caused damages. They do not return calls or emails for complaints or claims.

My boyfriend and I both used Expedient to move from Orlando and Lakeland to Davenport. Max and Jermaine were absolutely amazing, I highly recommend Expedient because we had such a great experience. I've used Expedient Movers twice now, once for a local move and one for a 2+hr move. The guys that have been sent have been professional, competent, and hardworking. They've completed everything in the estimated time and I've never had anything be damaged at all. The office staff is the worst part of the company, which sucks because it's the first thing you deal with, but it's not bad enough at all to counteract the actual movers.

I called 3 different movers and Expedient was by far the most affordable. I was moving 2 bedrooms, a living room and table and chairs along with miscellaneous boxed items. There was a little delay getting started due to one of the men having a family emergency, but they showed up just 30 minutes later and went straight to it. Jason, Corey and Santos worked like army ants getting everything out. My master bedroom suit is imported solid wood and extremely heavy. They had no problem getting it torn down and on the truck.
