We are a Residential and Commercial construction services company based in Manassas VA. We have been proudly serving the the Greater Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area since 2012. Siege Construction Services was founded on the premise that we offer turn key solutions for our clients. The "Siege" construction staff consists of our own trained and professional employees so there is never a time without siege representation onsite.
We offer this service because through the years we have seen a rise of designers and contractors selling jobs and then sub-contracting to other smaller outfits to complete the work. Now, while this is perfectly fine and has become standard in our industry, this is not the way we at Siege Construction Services handle our client's projects.
We stand behind our work and offer a full one year warranty on our product. Our field teams and employees are very approachable and communicate immediately with our office staff to submit any change orders or quell any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Colby and his team put in our new floors and front door. They did a fantastic job and were very communicative about any issues they encountered while putting it all together for us. A few months after completion the one of the floor peices shifted out of place. I contacted Colby and he had Bill out to fix it within the next couple days.
They're fair on price, do excellent work, they communicate through the whole process, and they're good with dogs. 10/10 would use again.

We called Siege after numerous reccomendations from friends to fix a leak in our basement discovered during a home inspection. They were quick to respond, identified the problem, proposed a solution, and didn't overcharge. They were genuinely concerned about helping me. It is clear that they know what they are doing. The final product was outstanding. Highly recommend them and I will call them again for future needs.
