When selecting and designing the perfect deck for our customers, Cherokee's team works closely with them to listen and design the optimal deck for them based on their needs, design preferences, traffic flow and material selection. Their goal is for you to get the most out of your deck while integrating it into your home's footprint and your outdoor environment.
Treated wood has always been a preferred choice for decking due to natural appearance, superior strength and it's resistance to termites and rotting. Treated wood comes in a variety of grades and is a very economical choice. Every decking material requires some level of maintenance. Treated wood can be enjoyed for many years with some simple annual maintenance.

We interviewed several builders and Cherokee construction is who we decided to go with. We could not be happier with our decision. From the moment we met with Chris he has been nothing but professional. He suggested an option that worked within our budget, didn’t try to up-sell us, give us a price that was ‘good for today only” or hound me when… I said we needed to think about it.
Chris sent the documentation I needed for my HOA quickly, responded to all my questions and concerns promptly, his crew arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Caroll Winslow-Robeson So pleased with work from Cherokee Construction. They completed an addition to our home and some renovations that we assumed would take six months, but was completed in three. Chris and his crew were always responsive to our requests and, best of all, cleaned up after themselves. Chris stayed on top of all of his… sub-contractors and insured that all was completed in a very satisfactory manner.
