Company was responsive at first, gave me an estimate and was able to get out and put the fence in quickly. While the fence was installed they were not able to install the gates. I could not find it in the contract but was told they would install the gates in a few extra weeks. 2.5 months later the final gates were installed. If if had not been for the weekly inquiries about the progress of the gates I am sure they would have never been installed. Several times an individual visited my house to supposedly fix the issue, then when I called the office to inquire, was told they were not

The fence is absolutely beautiful! Everyone there is incredibly professional. There was a slight delay due to lumber issues. They kept me updated and were great to work with. The fence was installed quickly and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely refer them to my friends and clients.

Fails to return calls or have working knowledge of nuances of programming automated gates. Unprofessional and unpleasant to speak with on the phone in my opinion.
Odd that the technicians are trained in lift master gates, yet the owner is the only one who can attempt to answer any questions and refuses to come for a service call. Lucky for me, I found another company whose representative is not dismissive or snarky and actually came and reset the gate as the arm is NOT broken as alleged. The prior arm was ruined in a storm because it was improperly secured into our wall. So pleased that this other

In June I had them come out to do an estimate for a fence. Their pricing was so competitive that we did not hesitate to go with them. Their original response was that it would be about 3 weeks out which was not a problem at all. From there it became 6 weeks out. Here we are 3 months later and still no fence. The communication has been extremely poor. If I don’t reach out, I don’t receive any kind update. More times than not my emails have not been responded to or I don’t receive a call back after they say they will. It has been EXTREMELY unprofessional and finally I asked for a refund. I

Hands down worst company we have EVER worked with!!! We were recommended this company by our neighbor (who has apologized after seeing how long this took) and given their card from our community’s sales office. We were given an estimated date of four weeks out.
