Used AD Fencing for my vinyl fence. The pricing was fair, the timing of the fence was so rapid-installed within 3 weeks of the order. The job was started and finished on the same business day and we put in well over 200 linear feet. The fencing was installed neatly, Rafael was easy to deal with start to finish.

The worst Fencing company in Charlotte. My fence is falling down. Granted it's a few years old but if the craftsmanship was done correctly, the fence would NOT be lifting and falling out the ground. I called Rafael and he gave me his word he would come by. He never showed and blocked my phone number. I've had to call him from other phone numbers just to get a response and he gives me the run around. Promises he'll be at my house at a certain time and never shows up! I can't get a return call! I should and probably will look into filing a civil lawsuit. This man does crappy work

Very prompt and responsive. I contacted Rafael about a fence quote and he showed up hours later.
After receiving approval from my HOA (which took over a month), I contacted Rafael for a follow up and he responded immediately again! A few days later a whole crew was at my home setting fence posts. They were respectful to me and very efficient with their work. After letting the post cement cure, they finishing the fencing the next day.
I'm very satisfied with the results. Keep up the good work!

I texted Rafael to get a quote for my yard. He responded and said he'd show up in 45 mins. The day goes by and he doesn't show up or offer any kind of explanation or response. I text and call him again the following week to see if he could come out and once again I didn't receive a response. Obviously they do not need my money. Not sure how this place even has more than one star. I'll def be taking my business elsewhere. Good luck getting a response from these unprofessional people

The worst Fencing company in Charlotte, I paid 100% and can't get a return call. The gate on my $5k fence has been hanging off the hinges for 1 year. I should have filed a civil lawsuit but I didn't because I saw him at Home Depot and he gave his word that he would be at my home the next day but he never showed up. Anybody who uses him, I wish you the best.

Called them about half a dozen times at the least before Rafael showed up once at my property. We discussed about the deck details briefly and got a rough quote. No show after that, tried texting and calling him multiple times.
Funny part is one time when he did pick up the call I actually told him that we wanted to go ahead with building the deck and again he went blank :) There was also this time when he did pick up my call I think by mistake which he disconnected immediately and on calling him back it went to his voicemail...again :) Life back to normal :)

Me. Vargas and his team did AMAZING work on our new home!! We were referred to his company through a mutual friend and we were more then impressed! We were given a fantastic quote! Although there was a mix up with the scheduling, I was quickly notified and everything was squared away! My appointment was prompt, and my business felt overall very welcomed. Nasty attitude and extremely arrogant. Gave us a deck quote over the phone that went up by 900.00 when he actually came out. Then got mad when my husband questioned the price difference. He came back to do a quote for my neighbors but took the time out to sh*t talk us with them.... Like they wouldn't tell us! Completely unprofessional, with a bad attitude... And despite his claims, he is not the cheapest.

Lies! Takes your survey and claims he will write everything up for your HOA since he deals with them all the time and get your fence approval. Come to find out months later the HOA never spoke to this guy and he has a bad rep for telling similar lies! Now I'm having to work with my HOA and neighbor to resolve the issue of never being approved. Owner of this fence company has since stopped answering my phone calls and he will be facing a small claim law suit if more money has to go into this fence. Avoid this company and look elsewhere!!

Very happy with Raphael and his team. They were affordable and very efficient. They got my fence up in 4 hours, I have a small yard but a project like that would have taken me 4 days (4 weeks if you ask my wife) and not have looked as good. Even when my HOA threw a curve ball at us they adjusted and made it look great. I appreciated Raphael's service. Every time I call him he answered the phone or called me back right away. I recommend this company.
