He has been involved in every aspect of the business - hands-on worker performing installations, refinishing, etc. and general manager, running multiple crews at one time. In 2012, Mike decided it was time to expand his horizons and take on the title of owner.

I can not wait to use this company for all of our future flooring needs. Genevieve is wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect flooring for our house within our budget. They are very accommodating and are working with us to find dates and times that work with OUR schedule. Can't say enough positive things about this company!

We had Elite Flooring refinish our floors after water damage. They were great to work with. The estimate was timely and they took care of the all the communication with our insurance company. The job was perfect! We loved the color and finish. They cleaned up each day and called to check that things were okey. There was minimum dust or mess. I can't say enough good things about them!
We also had them install a floor in one of our bedrooms. Again...great job!!

We hired Elite Flooring in early June to restain the floors in our living room and bedroom. They were very friendly and the work on the floors was good but, if we had to do it again, we wouldn't hire Elite.
The work was done so sloppily that a ton of damage was done on our walls, with brown stains and even holes in our walls from their careless use of their heavy equipment. Worst of all, they managed to knock the granite stone of our fireplace and break it into two!
The total cost of repairing everything ended up at $1850 --$500 for the walls and $1350 for the fireplace stone replacement

Very disappointed. I sent pics of the stairs that I would like finished. Many excuses given including personal problems which I will concede may be true. However, it was a job that can easily be quoted-11 steps with two landing steps ( a total.of 42 square feet- overestimated). It ended with a statement that the steps would be too "expensive" for me to finish with them and that they are booked out two months. If you use them, get a written estimate. I went with another vendor and will a review with pics shortly. Also please see Home Pro Exteriors review by me. That was a $10700

Fabulous! Elite was the sub that my general contractor used in a major home renovation. They installed beautiful new hardwood floors in the hallway and kitchen and also re-did all the other hardwood floors in our home. They matched the new wood perfectly to those that previously existed in the other living areas of the first floor. People are amazed that you can't tell old from new.
The guys were extremely accommodation in making our schedule needs work. They are very professional and totally trustworthy. We took a quick trip to stay out of the way when the 3 coats of finish were applied
