These people are a disgrace. They installed a pre finished hardwood floor in my house and when I contacted them they said they will take a look. They told me to put blue tape where the floor was having an issue and the tape stood for 1 month before they could come. They came in September 2021 and tried to fix the floor and replaced a board and told me they will be back in December to fix since there is a “moisture “ problem. Now they are refusing to fix and no reply on multiple emails and phone calls. Would never recommend them to anyone after what I have witnessed. Pure DISGRACE.

Best experience ever!!!! I drove to this place three times in one week because I couldn't make up my mind on what carpet to choose for my bedroom due to the array of options. I went with their Shaw line of carpet and I love it. Great customers service and best place to shop for carpet. I will recommend any and everyone to go there. You will not be disappointed.

Friendly, but not overbearing salespeople. Carry way more products than I expected, and they industry-backed answers to almost any question I could come up with. Would use again. Keep in mind, retail hours are mostly 10-4, so it can be hard to get there sometimes, but their salespeople came right to my house!
