I have used Juan at Qualis Heating and Air for over 7 years. The quality of his work was good, his prices were fair . For all these years, I was satisfied. On 9/27/2016 we purchased new AC units from Qualis for a total of $12,340. The units were installed with no problems. He provided in writing an itemized contract which stated the details of the all the parts and warranties...10 years warranty on parts and 2 years warranty on labor. Super responsive, helpful, use great products, moved fast for my complete system replacement and almost the lowest bid I got quoted using some of the best equipment of all the other bids I received. I definitely will use them again if I ever have any hvac needs.

We finally decided to get central AC. Oh boy it was more stressful then I thought. Researching for days as to which unit would be right. They were very reasonably priced, lower than other bids we received. They showed up on time and completed the AC installation quickly. All of my questions were answered and they were quite professional. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or want.

I've know Herman for 3 years. He's installed furnaces & air conditioning units for my projects. I'm very satisfied. His work is clean, & his prices are very reasonable. I will continue to use Herman for all my HVAC needs.

Excellent service! For those that are in the Otay Ranch area and have one of those weird water-heater-to-AC setups, Jose is your guy! Called a few other places, and as soon as I told them about my ceiling setup, they said, "Sorry, we don't work on those", but Jose does.

He saved me literally hundreds, if not, thoudands of dollars. Another business quoted me a very high amount to replace a heat pump in the AC. Jose found the problem with my pump, fixed it, and prevented me from having to buy a new one.

This company is very straight forward. No up-selling, special gadgets or "upgraded" thermostats or surge suppressors etc. Just COOLING! I have purchased 3 separate AC systems from Qualis and when I need another unit I will call José again.

I was recommended to use Qualis Heating & Air from a friend who had mini splits installed in his house. Since we were roasting every summer we decided to give Jose a call. They came out quickly and gave us a quote that was very reasonable relative to the other companies I had spoken to. Called last Friday for service, they said they would be out Monday between 9 and 12. No calls, no follow up. Contacted them on Thursday and they claim they never talked to me, and said they could come out the following week. No apology, had to find someone else

Our AC started acting up and I wasn't having any luck finding someone that can take a look at it that same day, especially since we are in the middle of a heat wave. I have a special needs son that gets really uncomfortable in hot heat and Jose was very understanding and was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule. He arrived at the time he gave me and he took care of our AC unit in less than an hour. He answered all my questions about maintenance and was very easy to speak too and was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call him for any future heating or ac issues

My central air system went out while I was on vacation, and when I got back BOY, was it hot! I starting calling around Sunday morning, and Jose answered my request right away. On top of that, he came out the very next day to fix the unit and add Freon. He was very professional and explained what was happening to my daughter, since I had to go to work on Monday, got the system fixed quickly and efficiently - Great group to work with.

Summer is at its peak this week, and having a broken thermostat at home - in a long weekend - is probably the last thing me and my husband would've wanted!
