Mr. Tree removed some trees from my midtown backyard which were difficult because of limited access. They had to fly them over my house which was done without incident. Clean up and follow up was exemplary. Jeremy, Jason and the whole crew were professional and good to work with. Great price. Great service. I'll definitely use Mr. Tree again for future tree services.

Absolutely outstanding experience. Friendly, helpful people; showed up on time and did what they said. Had about ten mature (80ft) trees removed next to pool. Not only no mishaps or damage, but they took care to not damage our lawn by laying down sheets of OSB from the street to our back yard, and driving their loader only on those. They cleaned up and hauled away everything, and ground all the stumps. On top of that, we were given 12 mo's to pay with no interest. But the best part was how easy it was to work with them. Easily, one of the worst companies that I have dealt with, either personally or professionally. I was told by Curtis that the elm tree that was removed would be picked up within (3) days and the stump would be removed within (10) days. It has now been (24) days and the stump is still there. I was told to simply leave the gate unlocked and it would be removed. Based upon some of the reviews I've read, this is a common problem.
Mister Tree did not pick-up the remains of the tree. The City of Collierville did. I was left to pick-up the remaining debris. I told Curtis and Ginger, repeatedly, that

I had a fantastic experience with Mister Tree! Curtis and his team removed two large oaks from our new house. I was nervous with the tight area they had to work with, but Anna was an amazing crew leader, and they have a professional team. They treated my yard like it was their own and cleaned up nicely! I love Mister Tree! This is the most professional and courteous company I have ever dealt with. It was a seamless experience.
I had a very large oak tree removed by the crane. As you can imagine there was a lot of debris . It was picked up within 2 days which was less than I was told. This is the only tree company that doesn't charge you an additional fee to remove the debris. That was a great selling point ot me.
I am so very pleased with my Mister Tree experience. I would recommend them above everyone in Memphis, They truly make you feel like you are part of their family !

Yesterday, they promised me that the debris would be hauled off and stump removed that afternoon. Well, that didn't happen. It's not good business to promise and not deliver.
Edit: After talking with the GM, they decided to make right on their mistake. The crew did a wonderful job. Things were mostly cleaned up after the job was done. The breakdown came with scheduling.

From first contact to completing the job, Jeremy K. and his team from Mister Tree Service did an outstanding job. I appreciate the attention to detail and how clean the crew left everything. Mister Tree Service has very reasonable prices. They arrived on the promised date and were very professional. Their excellent skill and teamwork was interesting to watch. This is a great company and is used by our property management company, CB Properties. They were able to take out three large, damaged maple trees without removing the fence or hurting other trees in the area. They are fabulous with clean up, too. Even with being busy due to storms, the office kept us up to date about arrival times (we had two trees in our front yard removed first, due to urgency of the situation). I would highly recommend them. They are professional, safe, and courteous!

Professional, prompt, and local experts. I had a very old willow oak that was VERY close to my house and my neighbor's. As much as I hated to see it go, this tree was a looming menace to both homes...particularly when the spring and summer storms blow.
Curtis May and Carole were wonderfully accommodating, and kept me in the loop when weather delayed the second day's work. Absolutely no damage done to the house, fencing, and driveway during removal of a beast of a tree. Cleanup was meticulous. I've used other tree services in the 28 years I've lived in Germantown.
