They were quick, polite, and physically pushed themselves to finish our move within the 2h minimum.
We started our move the day before, with no movers. Family wasn't able to help as much as we'd hoped and in all honesty we severely underestimated the overall workload.
As everything was in our $100/day moving truck we wanted it out ASAP. These guys fit us in the SAME DAY we called. Crazy.

Advertised insured and can move Pianos. This is a huge misleading and not a piano mover. The mover showed up with 2 guys with strap trying to lift/move a 500+ lbs piano. Piano was not properly padded/protected/tied down and strap came off during transportation causing crushed corner and scuff marks along edges. When confronted, mover tried to deny that the loose strap would cause damage and wanted prove. Luckily I took pictures during the move and showed them to him of the piano perfect condition during move, before put to the truck and loosely strapped. Mover, then claimed they're

I had a sewing table to move and one to move to my Daughters, they were very efficient at getting the small things done very reliable. They made short work of a problem I was worrying about for awhile. Thanks again to the very quick crew they sent. Will be calling on them again if anything comes up where I need a hand.

Best moving company I have ever hired !!! Besides being on time, friendly and polite, they were the hardest working movers I have ever hired!! I have been through multiple moves and I wish I had these guys for ever one. They do not rest for a second, they showed good work ethic and strong communication amongst each other. Especially when they were moving very large fragile pieces. The clean up was amazing too!! The price was also extremely fair! And was quoted upfront :)

I could never recommend these movers. They didn't show up at the agreed-upon time and when contacted said they had forgotten to schedule us. They finally showed up completely unprepared and rude. No apologies. They didn't have many tools -- not even a tape measure. After they couldn't figure out how to get the refrigerator out of the house, we told them to leave. My daughter and son-in-law ended up loading the 26-foot truck themselves. It was nearly a disaster. I'd give them no stars if I could.

I very rarely write a review... However, I must say the 2 gentlemen that helped pack our large U-Haul truck for an out-of-state move were awesome! They show up on time, they were very professional, they worked very hard and packed the truck like a rubic cube puzzle. There is no way we could've done that packing on our own and fit all our belongings into the truck before departure. I can't say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them for any services...great experience, thank you guys!

I was able to get last minute help with unloading a uhaul trailer and a truck. The crew was on time, very friendly and worked fast! They also loaded up their huge truck with a few large items and miscellaneous things we had for a dump run for us.
Bonus points for winning over our 6 year old daughter and being patient with her following them around, singing to them, etc She requested a photo and was sad when they left! Very nice guys, definitely recommend!

They showed up at my store to move items a customer had purchased. The man was rude and very unprofessional. Cussing when he saw the item to be moved. He was extremely mean to the young man helping him, yelling at him about everything he was doing. We have customers who need help with larger items all the time and I will never recommend this company.

My last move was 20-years ago. My partner and I did everything ourselves. This time, there was just too much stuff and my feet, knees, legs, back and arms screamed in pain. My partner’s back wasn’t holding up well either.
At 5pm I called Groovin Movin of Vancouver and spoke with Angela. She was compassionate, caring, and understanding. I think she even felt my pain. I pleaded, “Is there any way we can get help moving tomorrow morning”? She said, “Yes – we can be there by 9am”.

I was stressed out when they were late and ended up cancelling them and convincing my mom to sell things rather than take so many things to a storage facility. But after I had cancelled the job, I realized I still needed them to move some things to a storage after all. Andrey was able to get someone over to me that morning and get everything done. He was professional and gave great customer service even after I had cancelled the job and then asked for them to come back. Moving is stressful, people! LOL

This company was terrible which was very disappointing after so many great reviews. they didn't follow thru on promises and were sloppy. we had several issues: incorrectly re- assembled furniture, packing left incomplete, and windows left open overnight in the rain. after several trips back to our old place by ourselves to try to correct everything and several messages to management, nothing is getting taken care of. For the price we paid, including extras, we hoped for actual good service. Some of the movers were very nice and worked hard, but that doesn't make up for all the errors and the lack

My move was scheduled for a Saturday morning and I waited all day, only to find out they could not make it until the next day, which was very inconvenient.
My items were moved into storage and I recently discovered the glass on two of my 36"×36" framed pictures was shattered, which in turn damaged the matting on both.
Also, I'm missing a 16"×16" expensive piece of metal artwork, (a sunburst) that is very special to me.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Andrey and his crew were able to help us out at the last minute when Skinny Wimp Movers failed to show up on the date that was confirmed well in advance. They were quick to call back and confirm details without wasting time. Communication, which is so lacking these days with professional services, was thorough and prompt. Well now we have done move 2. It went well. I have an awkward driveway at my new home and so they had to walk much further than they should have, but they were gracious about it.
Noting broken or harmed either.
And just a thought, how can you give a person a rating because you don't like their company policy and so did not use them. A 2 hour minimum is standard.

Meh, I think not. I just spoke with their sales rep. Their quote for a load only 5x8 trailer for a studio apartment was $120 an hour with a minimum of 2hrs = $240. That's the best they can offer. The movers I had unloading when I arrived out here took less than 30min to get everything off the truck.
If you're looking for them to load or unload only I recommend checking out the uhaul site. I just found movers on there for way more than half this cost.

Great customer service from these guys! They did an awesome job in getting us moved to our temporary home!! They were on time, quick, careful with our furniture and breakables. Wrapped our furniture in blankets and shrink wrapped around that. Put the furniture in the home where I wanted it and moved it if I didn't like it there. Put our beds together for us and stacked all the boxes nice and neat. Can't say enough Andrey and Ben. They were friendly and funny, which made moving day experience even better. Thank you and we would definitely use you again!

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this company is. I had to move on short notice (being a newly single mom, and chronically I'll I had no choice but to hire movers) and was very disappointed when the company i originally called was unable to take my job in time so a friend recommended me to groovin movin. I called and the owner, Andrey came to my place that night and gave me a quote and assured me he could get all the packing and moving done by my deadline (and with in my budget!) I made a lot of phone calls but Andrey was by far the most courteous in terms communication and accommodating my scheduling needs.
