Have a truck but need help with loading and unloading it? We can help you get to the next stage of your move by loading or unloading a truck of any size. We offer furniture assembly options such as pick up, delivery and assembly services from distribution warehouses such as Ikea. Not only can we deliver your furniture to your home, we can help you with an assembly that needs to be done.
All moves are fully insured and include furniture assembly and disassembly, plastic wrap rain protection and furniture padding. Ohana moved me 200 miles without issue. They were prompt, responsive, and efficient. Best of all, they did the job much cheaper than other movers in town offered to do and provided equivalent service.

Not a good experience at all. Couldn't get the movers to talk to me when I chatted with them- they just kept giving me weird looks. That part doesn't matter though. I only had them move a couple items mid August. My bed/frame, coffee table, couch, and a recently purchased 81" cat tree. They broke my cat tree in 2 spots by trying to fold it into my U Haul for some reason and also ripped a section off. This cat tree is not meant to fold. They could've unscrewed the parts sticking out instead of shoving it in. There was also plenty of space in my U Haul so I have no idea why they

Ohana Moving has been my go to moving company both personally and professionally. Initially I was not going to write a review. This company came highly recommended to me and their reviews were stellar. But the more I look at my furniture and belongings, the more upset that I become.
To begin with, I had a quote/estimate for my move. I was told three men, three hours and was given a price. I questioned why three men and was told for safety precautions. I was moving out of a three bedroom townhome with big furniture. I thought I could save some money so the night prior to the move, we rented a U-Haul, made trip after trip, until one am. There was not a box or small item for them

Chris and Company were great, highly recommend. They showed up when they said they would, they worked non-stop, and were very friendly. They had great attitudes, and were hard workers, despite dealing with a challenging move. Nothing unbroken, my family felt safe and comfortable, and after hiring other movers in the past, you learn to appreciate those things. Definitely recommend!

I would drop them a notch if it was warranted, but this crew more than lived up to their 5 star rating. Chris is very communicative, professional yet down to earth. He was honest, on time, his crew was easy to work with, and they worked through the smoke and falling ash in our move to Salem. I highly recommend OHANA. P.S......tip the crew if they perform well, and I think they will!!!

I was stressed out this morning needing a crib assembled for my 8 month old son and emailed these good people at 8:45am and they called within 10 minutes to let me know they may have someone around 2 pm after a morning commitment.
At 1:25 pm Rob called saying they would be hear at 2 pm sharp and I was so relieved.
Very personal mover and had the crib bullt in very short time.

Chris, the owner, is incredibly professional and made scheduling our move a breeze. We had stuff coming from 2 separate storage units into one home, so it was a little complicated. The 2 guys moving our things were professional and very careful/respectful about our things. After a slight snafu with truck size, and a longer than anticipated move time, Chris was again super professional and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Ohana for a move, and I'd use them again.

The move could not have gone better! Robert and Charles were so professional and helpful. This was my first time ever using professional movers. They didn't disappoint. And Chris was in contact with me, that helped alleviate some of the stress of the moving.

Seriously, the best moving company in town. I've used them for 2 trips to and from Seattle and to move appliances. They were professional, showed up on time, and worked hard each time. I never questioned their honesty or integrity, and they were careful with everything they did. Their prices are also very competitive.
If I had one piece of feedback, it would be to carry handcarts on each job. If you ask them to bring them they will, though.

I live out of town and hired Ohana Moving after talking to a number of other movers. I had to move my father from one assisted living facility to another in Vancouver and could not be there to oversee the process. I am so happy with Ohana Moving! Chris, the owner, was very fast to respond, made sure all of my questions were addressed, and was patient and helpful with concerns I had because of my father's health issues. What an easy company to use! I called them on a Saturday, a few days before Christmas, for a furniture delivery and they answered the phone right away and arranged delivery for the same day! They kept me informed as they picked up the furniture , when they were in route, and charged me what they quoted. They were friendly, very careful to not damage our furniture and walls, assembled the bed frame, and hauled away the packing materials. I'll call them again!

Love these guys. I'm always too busy to leave reviews but really feel strong about their customer service. Chris is really easy to communicate with, the guys are always hard working, and their rates really reasonable. I've used them for a large job moving from house to house and I'm calling them again for a small one to move a washer and dryer. Will definitely use again.

First time I used them I was over charged. Over looked it because they were nice. Used them again yesterday and was way over charged. Make sure to read your fine print. This company basically steals your money. Not a great way to run a business; moving is already expensive enough without someone gouging you. Not cool Ohana, my Hawaiian friends would not be happy.

I just moved from Maui to Portland and needed some assistance in assembling some new furniture from Wayfair. I saw Ohana Movers and Ohana means family in Hawaiian, so I contacted them.
We exchanged a few emails and it took a little bit of time to get a scheduled time that worked for both us. Chris personally came out, with the proper tools and got to work. I like to watch to see what I was doing wrong and it took a little to get it figured. So, it wasn't just me.
Chris has a great personality and solid work ethic and finished the job in a timely manner.
Will definitely use his services

Just finished a move with Ohana Moving crew. Even before moving day working with Chris getting everything lined up was seamless and he responded to all of my annoying messages quickly and accurately. On the day of the move, the guys showed up right on time and were very professional, personable and detail orientated. They packed the truck and followed us to our new place.... Which is 4 floors up, no elevators! They were quick and made sure everything was delivered safely. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

After shopping around and getting quotes from local moving companies, a friend of mine referred me to Ohana Moving. I gave Chris a call and told him I needed to be moved in a week. We just finishing moving into our new home and got lucky twice with movers! This review is for the team that unloaded our moving van, Ohana Moving. We hired them when the original team was unavailable and called others companies who were either closed or not available until Mid-August.
Chris called me back promptly after I left a message. Once he knew the details of our unload, he went to work on getting a crew together for us. He called me again and was all set.
