They moved us twice. The first time they were quick.. the second time they took their time. You pay by the hour and we noticed they always add an extra 15 minutes. They are not too expensive and they don't take the best care... so you get what you pay for.

I had a horrible experience as the movers were extremely late. When they finally showed up, only one of the movers was working then half way through loading they kept asking if they were done. That to me was rude and unprofessional. After getting to my new place at first they wouldn't take my stuff to my apartment until me, my mother, and step-dad basically yelled at them to please take the stuff into my apartment so that the elevator wasn't blocked as they piled my stuff in front of the elevator, and again only one of them was working so I had to help so the unloading would go faster. I felt bad

SCAM ALERT. Wish I could give zero stars. Do not use this company. Will be filing dispute and fraud charges. Don't even want to waste my time writing the horror story of an experience my family and I endured. Can't wait to receive my thousands of dollars back when our lawyer is through with them.

My 5th move with this company over 12 years. Still the best. Great service. Good, hard working crew. Caring of my things as they load and unload. All at a very affordable price. This move, I got Tom and Tim. Give them a raise.

The movers were nice enough. But they did the bare minimum of transporting my stuff from one place to another.
They just left it piled into one room of the new place and couldn't even bring the heavy stuff upstairs for me . Because I wasn't home when they delivered my stuff I was unaware until I got home that they had did such a poor job.
I also think they took something, one item specifically, and probably figured that I wasn't going to say anything since I'm not supposed to have it. (Think of something that rhymes with long). just keeping it real.
Lastly, the movers had left my house key outside

What a great moving experience! Scheduled with Greg, who was very thorough and gave me all the details I needed. I was honestly a little nervous when we booked that he wasn't sending out any kind of confirmation to have in writing, but everything went perfectly. Greg's just a real straight up, no nonsense, honest guy.
On move day, the guys showed up nice and early and got everything done so FAST! Roger and Dustin were amazing! So efficient and careful with my stuff, so polite and professional the whole way... they never slowed down or seemed bothered by anything. Just awesome.
They accidentally

Great job by Joe and Hance yesterday on my move from Portland to Gresham. Skilled, experienced, professional and efficient, yet friendly and personable. Enjoyed working with them - well, watching while they worked. Charity and Greg in the office were also very helpful and pleasant to work with (even on my multiple reschedules). Definitely recommend.

The two movers they sent were very hard working! Three moves total in 8 hours. 1 bedroom apt down 1 flight, a 2 bedroom apartment down 3 flights and everything 2 adults and 3 kids own up three flights of stairs! Will definitely call them again to move, thank you guys!

I have to admit, I was skeptical to hire this company after reading the recent negative reviews, but I chose them anyway because I needed to save money and they were the most inexpensive company I could find. The woman who answered the phone (I forgot her name) was very nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. The movers (Hector and Hans) showed up earlier than originally scheduled (and this worked for me) and made sure to contact me and give me a heads up on ETA. They were very nice and professional, respectful, careful, got right to work, didn't take a break, and answered every single question
