They moved our piano yesterday from downtown to Hillsboro very smoothly without any issue.
They were well prepared and very professional, very friendly as well.
We were given a recommendation from our musician neighbor. Now, we are going to give our recommendation to someone else!!!!

Great communication with Whitney from the beginning . Easy and fair priced piano moving experience!!! The guys had on glove and mask and moved the piano carefully through our home. We highly recommend this company . Other quotes from companies were almost double the cost ! Keep up the good work A-Z

Michelle, the receptionist/coordinator, was absolutely fantastic and followed through on every call through our extended move. They kept our piano and delivered it to our new home. The delivery guys were also very good and careful.

I hired A to Z moving twice to move my baby grand piano, and I was very satisfied both times. They handled my piano very carefully, they were very professional.

I bought a piano off Craigslist and the seller ended up being pretty difficult to work with. Michelle was awesome following up with both parties and working past several obstacles to get the move scheduled. The movers were fast, efficient, polite and professional. Though they are typically recommended by the music stores, this was my experience... I needed my grand piano moved to my new house and had a deadline to move out of the former apartment. They made an appointment with me at the end of my 30 days notice. They came in and experimentally pounded on my instrument to disassemble it for transportation, then asked me how to do it. I don't move pianos for a living, so I felt it was unfair to ask me how to move a piano. They called their boss, and "Boss said we have to move on." I called the "boss" a couple of times to get answers

I've been through multiple piano moves in Portland and have never experienced such poor customer service. They were extremely rude and passive aggressive -not to mention much more expensive than other local movers. Save yourself a headache and go with a different company.

A- Z has been moving my pianos for years! As a music school owner - I have a lot of pianos to move. They are fast, efficient, and very careful. They have had to move pianos up flights of stairs, into basements, and onto stages for me and they always do a great job.
