In 2004 I built a small home with the floor plan mirroring a model that was in fancy gap. The floor plan of the model had a loft overlooking the living room, however after a lengthy discussion I chose to finish out the loft at a later date, minimizing immediate cost. The trusses arrived and the crew contacted me and said “these are the wrong trusses”. I asked about the difference and I was told only a few inches in height. Considering that the living room room has a high ceiling and the loft was rather tall, this was not a concern. Fast forward to the future. I went to finish the loft and was

Tracie Hiatt Grubbs is an awesome realtor...she is there through the entire process of buying/selling whichever side you are on.
