Grand Rapids Construction offers basic bathroom remodels that includes changing out shower or tub with new fiberglass or metal equivalent, changing out flooring to vinyl plank or linoleum, exchanging vanity or sink for a new unit similar in size. We also install mirror, new vanity light and paint the room.
I am glad we had Grand Rapids Construction fixed our foundation problem. They did a great job explaining the entire process and was very upfront about the cost/timeframe. He was extremely polite, professional, and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing, which was a nice change of pace! I hope no one has foundation issues with their home, but if they do, I would highly recommend this company!.

I called to ask some questions about a structural engineer when my lender told me I would need to have a structural engineer review the foundation of the home I was buying. Grand Rapids Construction provided me a quote and advised me on BOCA homes being considered stick built after 1998. I took this information back to my lender and got them to review their lending structure for my loan. Long story short, Grand Rapids Constructions knowledgeable advice saved me a TON of money and time. Thank you sooo much for taking the time to help me through my questions.

I am very thankful to have found Grand Rapids Construction and would highly recommend Matt and his wife, who helped coordinate times for the inspection and gathered additional information on the property. I am working hard to purchase a home in Grand Rapids to move closer to my family but live out of state. I received an inspection report that scared me and decided to call to get an estimate on all of the repairs. They both took my call at the very end of their day and discussed in length the home, the report, and times to complete the inspection. Great people!

Demonstrated expertise in the construction of an outdoor multi level deck. Coordination of demolition and construction of stairway installation went smoothly for all parties living in the bldg. I was told upfront that 2 of the city's finest were doing the work and I believe it after seeing the Quality of workmanship evident in the finished product. Responsive professional communicators.

Called and asked to get an estimate. I was told they would get back to me to discuss. 2 weeks later I didn’t hear anything, so I called again. After 4 calls and 2 voicemails I finally got an estimate date set up. I was very happy about it and let them know I would take the day off to meet as it was a pretty complex project. The estimate was set for 10am, at 10:30 I called and was told they would call me right back. They called at 3pm and said they had the dates wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stupidity scheduled another estimate with them on a Saturday as they had that available

Matt and the crew that came out were professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question they worked hard and fast to get me an answer and/or resolve the issue. They did a total bathroom remodel. Matt checked in often and made sure that I was happy with the progress. Came in on budget. No surprises on the final bill. Would use them again for other projects around the house.
