Before we moved forward with anything, we asked for general quotes. For example, for an average size kitchen what is generally the cost for a complete renovation? We were told that each project is unique and the only way to know costs, would be to move forward with their design and build package. At the time they seemed like honest people who would charge reasonable rates, so we blindly moved forward, shelling over $2,000 to come out and take measurements, with the intention of having them complete the projects. I would prefer not to spend my time with negativity toward others, but need to warn people to be cautious with this company.
Here's our experience:
Poor communication. Initially presented us with 3 designs, none of which met the size we originally requested in an attempt to upsell. Difficult to get them to listen to what WE wanted.
Here's the story, shortened as much as possible.
We met with them and gave them our budget, they assure us they can do the 2 part project for the price, so pay $1600 deposit and begin planning. They say they can go a slightly larger with the addition for similar
