From the estimate and project planning stage all the way to the finishing touches, Innovative was on-time, on budget and professional. They take great care in working with contractors (drywall, electrical, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure they align with their company values. Work was done in a very timely fashion with attention to detail. All four individuals we dealt with were very friendly and professional, explaining details and answering any questions we had. We certainly appreciate the respect for our time and property. Special thanks to Travis and Nick for working along side and cooperating with a separate crew. Both of them put us immediately at ease. Though we didn't get the names of the drywall contractors, they did a great job keeping things clean (again, respect for property) and informing us about what steps were next through the conclusion of their time

The whole team at Innovative Builders are great to work with. They gave me a quote that was way more than I wanted to spend and Don followed up with a phone call and we were able to get to a workable budget. Making changes through the construction process was very easy. Their construction calendar keeps you aware of their progress. Project was completed and follow-up was fulfilled. The best part was that I added at least $15,000 to the project and because they use a cost of materials plus profit the total project came in right on the original quote. These 5 stars are well deserved!!! We were in desperate need of an upgrade to our kitchen with the addition of a pantry cabinet. Stuart, Dan and their awesome team came through and we couldn't be happier. A little glitch with the cabinet color but they made it work. The granite, tile back splash and electrical was done to perfection. We were likewise impressed with their unsolicited follow-up a few months later. We highly recommend their services!!!

IBR did a great job and beyond on our 100+ year old farm house. We very impressed how well their guys new exactly what to do when the house was lifted for a new basement to be dug out and poured. We worked with Stuart & his team earlier this summer to build a deck & pergola on the back of our house.
