Since starting FloorAnthropy in 2007, Josh and his team have restored the hardwood flooring in 100's of homes throughout Northeast Ohio.
This was a fun project I'm getting ready to wrap up with the final coat of @lobawakolusa Invisible Protect finish. Hickory refinish we wrapped up a couple weeks back. It's always hard to cover up hickorys natural color but this one turned out fantastic with a custom stain blend and @loba_on_top invisible.

I used Josh on a couple of projects a few years ago and they did a really good job. Floors looked great. There was even a small concern from a homeowner and Josh was there the whole time with the best interest of the homeowner and the floors that he worked on. Great job and a good guy to work with. RECOMMENDED!!

Simply the best! I had 3 floor "experts" tell me my floor was not worth working on. 100 year old pine floor that looked terrible. Josh came in and not only said it was worth doing, but DID IT. The floor looks amazing! I show people the before and after pictures and it really is stunning. I have given their name out at least 10 times since they did the floor 6 months ago.
