My contractor used River Floors to install our bathroom floor and shower tile. The day after the job was complete I expressed my dissatisfaction with the tile in the shower. Grout lines are sloppy, uneven, and the color is inconsistent throughout the entire shower. The floor was a completely different story. Lines were clean and color even.
Jeff came out to my home on August 5th, along with my contractor, to look at the job. He admitted it was inconsistent, took pictures, and said he would be in touch within a few days.
When I didn’t hear anything, I left him two voicemails asking for any kind

We had purchased flooring a few years ago and there is an issue with the engineered hardwood floor. Jeff came out to photograph the issues and told us a manufacturer representative would contact us to come out and do some inspection and possible testing. No one ever came out and after several calls we received a letter of denial from owner Jeff-- no phone calls just a letter. Jeff the owner does not follow up. Do not recommend. We miss the professionalism of the previous owner Harry.

Jeff Cooper, the new owner of River Floors, is very pleasant to deal with. He very clearly deals with business matters in a professional manner, yet takes a very personal interest in making sure things are taken care of. If you had problems in the past ~ I urge you to give them a chance again because there is no comparison between the prior management and now.

River Floors installed all the flooring in the house I recently completed in Westlake. They installed solid vinyl planking and carpeting. The workmen were attentive and did spectacular work. I appreciate the service and value the River Floors provided my customer and me. I will highly recommend the River Floors to anyone seeking professional installation
