Please! Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ!! I did not do my research and that was my worst mistake. The sales guy JUSTIN BROWN sounded so NICE and SINCERE on the phone - he made it sound like the company was military based and they were a very HONEST COMPANY! complete opposite. After already handing out over $1500. The movers showed up with a UHAUL company truck ( not a business truck) and the movers were shady and CROOKS! They didn't even have the same companies name on their shirts. They were from a completely different company. My FINAL total came to $2100 dollars! After

They were very emphatic in the beginning, hounding me, polite, ma'm-ing me, told me they were all veterans and did Military moves- which totally sold me. They came,not with 2 trucks but only one, little fat bully "Frank" (Francois Finney Mohamed) the owner as he said, barking orders, then wanted more money ($800)after half of the house (25% of the move) was loaded. I had to pay! The other half of the move was in storage, no time to load both units, I left the gate card with "Frank",I had to leave so they could get out. BUNCH OF FRAUDS. I scheduled my move with who I thought was Excellent Choice Movers. Was sent a contract to sign under Excellent Choice Movers. Was told I can cancel with return of my deposit by a certain date. Received a call from Excellent Choice Movers, was informed the person "Justin" no longer works for the company and I should cancel, therefore its obvious that my call was intercepted and I was scammed. I canceled 4 days prior to date "Justin" gave. Sent emails regarding my deposit, was told it will be looked into. 2 months later, still no refund, given the run around

Absolute scam!!! Do not waste your time with this horrible company.
The movers did not show up on the date scheduled and didn't bother even calling to let me know. When I called them they continued to lie to me for 8 hours saying they were on their way. Then finally rescheduled for the next day and still showed up 4 hours late with of course no call to let me know. All of my furniture was broken and mysteriously my credit card number was stolen the next day.
WORST experience of my life!!

Just to update on my issue with this moving company. I wrote a review a month back about how they robbed me and didn't finish my move. The office manager Prunette reach out to me and agreed to pa 450 to settle my claim only if i signed an agreement to take down all the reviews. The check was supposed to be mailed out December 1st. It is now December 14th and i haven't received anything. Prunette told me it must've got "lost in the mail" and then hung up on me when i demanded an explanation. One of the worst experiences we ever had!!! We moved from the Tampa area to Hollywood Florida. They were supposed to arrive at 12 noon and didn't come until after 4:30pm. When we received our belongings in Hollywood which again was over four hours late, almost every piece of furniture was damaged. They destroyed a painting that had been given to us by our son, they broke an entire box of china that was from my grandmother's estate, boxes were completely smashed and to add to the mix, a box full of my cook wear is missing along with a beach umbrella and other items. Thoughtful Moving is a very professional and honest moving company. They provided me with excellent service from start to finish . I moved from Miami to Kissimmee Florida . Francecois gave me advice for smooth move to transition between the two cities which is a long distance. They provided me with boxes and assistance in packing 30 years of items. This by far has been the worst moving experience I have dealt with. Overall the staff were unprofessional, unpleasant. My estimate for the move was $371.00 for 2 1/2 hrs and the move went over half an hr which was fine I would've had to just pay $50.00 for the extra half hr, but they charged me $75 per flight of stairs (3 flights) because one of my sofas wouldn't fit in the elevator. How was I suppose to know the sofa wasn't going to fit in the elevator? First of all, this company did my move but I hired Thompson moving.... needless to say items were broken, missing, price was changed and took 7 hours to travel 3.5 hours! I am not sure how they can do what they do and sleep at night? I am a single woman and don't have a lot but what they have done is disgusting! They forced me to sign their contract or not give me my furniture then they up charged the price! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Beware and stay far away from this company! You get what you pay for. They're not professional. Expect to be given a different price upon pick up. I bought extra protection for my 60 inch tv and there was still damage to it. I called multiple times about a claim that was made for it and received the run around every time. I even asked for contact information from supposedly "Adriana" who handles the claims but the question was always avoided. If you want a stress free move then stay away from Thoughtful Movers. The biggest mistake I made was choosing them!!

In response to at least some of his comments: (1) Yes, they did accommodate my moving schedule, but they weren't the only movers who offered to do that (2) Yes, their price was lower than some others, but sometimes you do get what you pay for (3) Yes, I did pack my own glass and crystal. I double-wrapped them in bubble wrap and placed them in heavy-weight moving boxes marked "fragile", but the boxes were visually damaged on the outside (4) No, I didn't expect

Francois F, you don't have your information correct at all. Why don't you state the facts as they are. I just called your company for a quote, period. When I said to you that $235 wouldn't work for me, I didn't beg you to charge me $100, I said, "No thank you I will call someone else", which I did and that person charged me only $100 to move my mom's dining room set.
