I am writing this letter to Rick Vinyard and his team to thank them for the wonderful job they did in constructing the Simmons Residence. This is without a doubt the project that I am most proud of that our office has designed, and a big part of that is due to the attention to detail that was given to our client and to building this very special residence.
This project posed a vast array of architectural details and systems in which every square inch of the site and house was thought out and designed to fit the client's needs and desires. The only contractor that could have pulled this off was The Precision Construction Group.

My husband and I have known Rick Vinyard, III, President of Precision Construction, for the last six years. During that time, his company has done three jobs for us; two renovations and, most recently, helping us with a wooden bedroom floor that was buckling. The two renovations were both completed in the time promised and were even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The mystery of the buckling floor took some painstaking work by Mr. Vinyard, but he did pinpoint the cause, and then helped us get it remediated. Precision has done many projects for us, most notably, a bedroom/bathroom addition to our family home, construction of an outdoor kitchen, remodeling the patio, and building an elevated retaining wall in our backyard. Precision was also instrumental in remodeling our daughter's home when she found that it had problems that needed fixing. We have had them back a few times since then, to tend to other maintenance issues in our home.
Precision was a pleasure to work with. Rick truly went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process went smoothly, and the result is beautiful. We love our downstairs
