Was told 35 mins, took over an hour. Was told 50-80$ to open both doors. When the guy finally got here he told me $160. Once I paid him he told me I owe him another $29 service fee. Never again. Yes, my mistake for locking myself out with my children but told one thing and charged almost $200 is crazy.

Came out last night and got me into my apartment but left the job half done because he didnt have a new lock in his truck. Was supposed to come back and finish today. After forgetting about me he calls at 9pm and tells me its an extra fee for him to come back and put a new lock when three weeks ago I got the same thing for $20 less! Im a disabled Veteran and this guy tried to extort me. 0/10 do not recommend! So not cool.

Dispatcher told me $35 to come out and unlock my car. When the tech arrives she tells me $167 to unlock my car because if the type of vehicle....why did the dispatcher tell me $35 if it actually is more? Very similar story to Laurel. Was given a base quote over the phone and was given a completely different price once the guy got here. When I questioned it, the service guy got very pushy and rude when I mentioned I would like to call dispatch back again and figure out why the price increased to $120, which was $70 more than the base quote I was given on the phone. I was told it was it because of the type of lock it was. (It was a typical bedroom door lock, I maybe could've understood if it was a dead bolted front door). I was also then told it would be an additional $40 to create a key

First off, the tech was fine and pleasant.
My problem is with the false information given about pricing when I called to do some price checking. Before choosing a locksmith I called to find out cost. I was told there would be a $29 service fee and the cost for lockout service was $45. Since this was consistent with what other companies had said, it seemed reasonable. I was given no other price estimate before work began. When I received the final bill it was $123. $29 service fee +$79 lockout service +$15 for drilling out the lock. Why there was a separate fee for one type of work staff of it

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Tech-Dillon was late by 15 minutes. No business card & jacked up the initial quote by $25 before even putting in a tool to open a simple bathroom door. Asked for a business card-none. Told him I'd need a receipt when he was done & told me he didn't have any. Sent him away. Very unprofessional. Call back to the dispatcher was just as bad as I wanted the number for the office to talk to the manager the next day. Very rude & unprofessional but finally got me to the manager on duty. I loved them they have a lot of great reviews cause there a great company who know how to treat there customers. I was needing a jump of my battery cause my car was locked with a light on and once he got me in he jumped me and i was all the way home in no time thanks locksmith plus I will use you again and again

Gosh these guys r good I was doing a show and locked the keys in the car when I was reaching for the albums I must have dropped them. I called a couple of places that said they were open I get some guy who doesn’t speak English and I couldn’t understand me. Finally I find locksmith plus and the guy was super nice explained everything and did a great job overall skip the hassle and use locksmith plus first
