We’ve had plenty of things go wrong with our 15 year old home, as most things break after 15 years… Polar Express both heating and cooling have completely refurbished our air conditioning, water heater, furnace, as well as enhancing our furnace blower unit. Great value and great people! We will never go anywhere else!

Dino's visit was to perform our yearly plumbing inspection. As a note, Polar Express Heating and Air is also Austin Plumbing. We've had Dino several times and he's always professional and explains things (service solutions, etc.) very clearly. His work is always done properly and he keeps us informed on the condition of our plumbing. We are working with Dino right now on replacing shower fixtures & internal parts in our Jack & Jill Baths upstairs. A few years ago, Austin replaced our Heating / Air Conditioner unit. Austin uses quality products and does good work.
