Kevin showed up on time basically knew what was going on from my description. Suggested it was the compressor. He had one on the van, replaced it and about 30 minutes later he was on his was and we had cold air again. He dealt with my wife who said he was very courteous. I will recommend them in the future

There is nothing worse than getting home from work before what's set to be the hottest weekend in years and finding your air conditioning not working. Badger State called me back within minutes of my after-hours call and Kevin was there within an hour. He worked quickly but effectively to get my a/c back up and running and for a very reasonable price (especially for an after hours call). I had used them once before for a furnace check-up but I will be joining their regular maintenance club after this experience

I had an emergency in a rented property with a super delicate and important tenant. I called many places and nobody would help me as fast as I needed. I finally found Jennifer at Badger State Heating and AC and she worked her magic to have someone help me. I knew the AC unit is super old and was ready to have to spend $10k+ on a new unit. They ended up only needing to replace a couple of cables and for a very fair price. I really value their honesty so much!! IF they had wanted to take advantage of me and asked me to replace the, unit, I would have never known.. Honesty linked to a good job is

Our central air went out and steamy hot weather was in the forecast! Kevin arrived at the appointment time on a Friday and said he could install new furnace and a/c system on Monday. He made a special trip to Madison to pick up the units on Monday and had all up and running by dinner time. Outstanding service and we highly recommend this company!

Woke up on a cold December morning with no heat and called Badger. Professional and friendly staff promised a technician would show between 12:30 and 2:00. Kevin arrived promptly at 12:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad motor.
Since no motor was available locally Kevin arranged for his sales rep to bring one back from his trip in Madison and he would come back later that evening to install, at no extra charge! Being Friday this saved the weekend.

My brother and I co-own a property in Waukesha, WI. Wednesday we noticed that the temperature in the house was rather low. Checking it out further, we found that the furnace was not creating any heat.

I had to have a new furnace/air conditioner replaced in my condo. I am SO happy with the costumer service I received. They were professional, fast and efficient. My furnace quit in the middle of the night, called them at 8am, because they were close to me. Kevin came out to look at it before 9, we came to the conclusion that it was not worth repairing, as it was 40+ years old, and I was going to replace it in spring anyway. he drove to Madison to get a new furnace, and it was installed within 12 hours of contacting him. as a bonus, he was cheaper than other estimates I had gotten when I thought I was going to replace it last spring. Highly recommend.
