I have used CGS HVAC both when we lived in Milwaukee 20 years ago and now in our home in Erin WI. They are fantastic!. They installed a new furnace and central air for us in our Milwaukee home and they were the best bang for our buck when we reviewed all the quotes. We were also extremely pleased with the service, quality, professionalism and quick turn around time. We called them last fall to get a quote for our central air in our Erin home (which has electric heat). We were elated to find out that he could install both a natural gas furnace (using the existing duct work) and replace our old

Horrible service! Clark serviced our furnace and got the unit running. After it failed overnight, I called him the next day and he told me to monitor it as it came back on after I reset it. Once the resets didn't work, I called him back and kept getting excuses and blown off about coming back to fix the unit. Almost a week later and after numerous phone calls and time on my part he finally agrees to come out at noon. Shows up 3 hours late and asks my wife " how much heat do you need?, it seems warm in here." Not amused, she explains we've been running space heaters non stop since he couldn't fix
