Gary was quick to call back. Came the same day on a non-emergency call. Handled his business. Bill was more than fair. Finished with a detailed description of what was done to fix and maintain my furnace for the entire winter season. With little ones, gave us a humidifier101 class to prevent white dust.

I contacted Jackson Hardware Heating & Air Conditioning and requested their services for my A/C unit which was not cooling properly. Gary arrived promptly the following morning to diagnose and repair my Aire-Flo. He quickly ascertained the reasons why it was not operating properly and made the necessary repairs. I have used Jackson Hardware Heating twice now and both times they have surpassed all expectations. All service companies could learn a lesson from Gary’s team. Both times they gave me plenty of clear advise what I could be doing better in my heating and cooling set up in regards of air flow. Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, thorough technical staff. We just had a new furnace put in our home! I have never had a better experience! Not only are they professional but wonderfully friendly, punctual and hard working. They had our old furnace removed and the new one up and running in less than 4 hours. This company is affordable and honest. Gary was a straight shooter who did not try to up sell but made sure we had a very good system that will meet our needs. This winter I have had 2 issues with my 6 year old York furnace. I consider myself moderately handy and was able to provide Tony with a good deal of information both times. The first time I called was at 10pm on a weekend night. He confirmed it sounded like an inducer motor and advised me to call around for the correct part so I do not get charged for multiple service calls. This saved me time and money. The next time I called, he again walked me through some diagnostic steps to determine that the thermostat was causing the fuse to pop. In this day and age you find less and less people willing

Unfortunately do to this pandemic I cant really afford to pay anybody for a service call on my broken down furnace, however, when I do get back to working regularly, I will without a doubt be taking my buisness here. Gary is the gentleman I've been speaking with and he has been so awesome. Knowing that my heat is out and i cant afford to pay for it he has loaned us some space heaters until we can get this figured out. He didnt have to do that. But he did. It shows that this place cares for their customers well being and that is everything to me.

I had my old furnace replaced with a Lennox system from Jackson Heating and Air on 10/24/19.
Gary, Mike, and Tom showed up on-time, removed the old furnace, got the new furnace installed, balanced, and up and running in a little more than 3 hours from start to finish! The old carrier was hauled away and the work area was spotless when they left.
I am very impressed with the Jackson H&A team, their quality work, and professionalism.
