Soooo I’m ACTUALLY awarding this company 1/2 of a star out of 5 stars!!!!!! Why?
1. horrific TIME MISMANAGEMENT
2. A pitiful JOB INCOMPLETION rate
3. Displayed a nonchalant disregard
Yes! I received a wonderfully constructed wood fence ( gate included) that has YET to be stained; and at the time of this review, I’m still waiting; 14 days afterwards.
I will say that the primary builder/salesperson/point of contact will “wow” you with staggeringly HIGH EFFICIENCY in collecting the down payment, the balance payment and whatever extra materials leftover. Wow!
If anything deserves a grade

Aqua Blue installed our shadow box 4" wide cedar fence about 8 months ago and did any excellent job. In the last several months a number of the pickets had splitting and we asked Roi to replace about 8 pickets under their warranty. They readily responded to this and honored their warranty. Love the look of the special shadow box fencing.

I had my fence installed by Aqua Blu in 2018. The other day I noticed that the lock in my side gate had shifted and would no longer stay latched. I let Roi know about the issue and he had a representative come and fix it the next morning. I really appreciate his attentiveness to the matter and continue to be happy with my fence.

We needed a small portion of our fence to be replaced and contacted Aqua Blu. We received a prompt call back and an estimate based on photos. Melissa was very professional, helpful, and made the transaction smooth. Within a couple days, Andy came by and replaced the fence quickly. It looks great and we are happy with the result. Overall, they were fast and efficient.

I bought my house in October and I noticed that the fence was leaning and there was a sign for Aqua Blue Fence on the fence. So I called them and he told me that the fence had been installed in 2016 and that it was covered by a six year warranty. He came out to view my fence for a warranty repair and we discussed upgrading the posts to steel and sink them 4 feet. One of the posts was almost uprooted because they put in 8 foot posts only sunk 2 feet. I agreed to pay for the upgrade but expected that he would honor the warranty and the posts were clearly leaning because they were improperly installed

We wanted some privacy and to up the curb appeal and value of the house. We got a few quotes and are so happy we went with Aqua Blue Services. We opted in for the extra bottom decoration / rot board for extra height and look. I can't speak highly enough of Roi, Melissa, and Andy. They're a great team and you should absolutely hire them over anyone else.

ROI was initially pleasant and courteous when he arrived at my home to provide a quote. Things went well enough that I introduced him to my neighbor as well. Basically two fence jobs out of this deal; for about an acre of lawn. My neighbor took the lead POC for our projects and after waiting two weeks he mentioned he never heard back from ROI. I reached out to him via text, and it got completely out of hand. I told him to contact my Neighbor because he approved the bid but I would not be going forward with my portion. Even after texting him, please don't text me anymore; he continued.. then

Shady. Be careful. Do your research. Pulled out of the job with them before having them perform and grateful I did. Roi is shady. My neighbor was already too invested and regretted it immediately. Had his tools stolen by guys that were hired from Craigslist that day. They hadn't eaten and were throwing up from dehydration in his back yard. Didn't show up for the work on the day he'd committed to. Lied to us multiple times. He kept bumping up the price every time I talked to him. Aqua Blue Fence company replaced my old fence and did an excellent job. They came when they said and were completely finished in four days to include staining and sealing. I up graded my hardware and withe staining I have a 6 year warranty. Most Fence companies only give a one year warranty. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.
