I do appreciate that the company did rectify the issues and completed my fence replacement but it wasn't without problems. I completely understand that things don't always go right but it is important to keep the customer updated to manage expectations. I was told every day a different time the crew would show up and they never once showed up anywhere close to the time given. At any given time only 1 person was on-site and he struggled to do it on his own. In total the job took 5 days to complete and caused me to lose a lot of work hours trying to match their erratic work times. Since this wasn

Excellent work. I have experience at building fences but that was in Florida where the ground is easier to dig into. I got 5 estimates and went with Alamo because they were more professional, organized and didn't try to BS me thinking I didn't know how to build a fence. They kept me up to date on how everything was going and corrected some small issues that came up. They cleaned up well afterwards and I have recommended them to my neighbors.

Fence is beautiful high quality workmanship, received several compliments. Only problem salesman ripped me off on price. Measured the linear length of fence and quoted price, then proceeded to say I needed gates for the service easement at back of lot which was true. Only problem with this I was charged for the gates which are extra and the linear length of the fence, so basically paid twice for the gates. My bad I should have noticed.
