The experience with Doortec, and their technician, Javier.. was above and beyond. They gave me a window of time, on the date my garage door was to be repaired, and they stuck to it.
When Javier arrived, he assessed what needed to be done, and got his tools to start the repair.
I asked him if he needed anything from me, but he didn’t. At that point, I stayed out of his way.
When he was done, Javier assured me, my door was in great operational condition, and I ran and got my clicker from the car, for the last test.

I highly recommend DoorTec for garage door repairs. Javier came to our rescue when a part bent. He came yesterday to see what the problem was, then said he would return the next day with the part. True to his word, he came today with the part, quickly did the replacement, tested thoroughly and it was fixed. And the cost was much less than anticipated. I am very happy and we will use them again if needed.

I called on a Monday morning. Got an appointment for same day , a slot between 2:00 and 4:00pm. Javier arrived at 0215pm !!! which was great !!! Javier was able to troubleshoot the issue within a few minutes and fix it. Excellent service overall. Very professional, friendly. My door springs were repaired within 30mns !! We had a spring break on our garage door and Javier with Doortec come the same day at the time they said he would be here so that is hugely appreciated! He was able to replace the springs at that time and didn’t have to go back to get supplies and it was done faster than I thought it would take. Javier was super nice and funny- you can tell he enjoys meeting people!

All the way around Doortec was superb, from the folks on the phone in the office to our tech Javier that showed up on time and did excellent workmanship. He was very thorough and helpful. He not only fixed our smaller garage door that wasn't working, but also oiled up our main garage door that we didn't even realize needed; now it goes up and down twice as fast!
He was unable to complete it the first day due to needing some parts, but said he would be back the next morning at 8:30, which was exactly when he showed up; 20 minutes later we were back to

The service was superb! George gave us VIP like service he was awesome! He got the garage door opener installed and keypad up and running in short time. The workmanship was phenomenal!!!!

My garage door opener hasn't worked since I moved in two years ago. I finally took the step to get it repaired, and I'm so happy with the outcome. My ancient opener could not be repaired, but Javier quickly got me scheduled for a replacement. He showed up right on time, and was done in about an hour. A technician came out last week to repair my garage door opener. It was found that the older unit was shorting out and needed to be replaced. He discussed options with me and we decided to replace the motor, and they waived the service call for that day. Someone called shortly after he left to schedule the next appointment.
The technician arrived on time to the next appointment, replaced the motor and explained the new features. He was finished in less than half an hour!

Doortec is the only garage repair company I would recommend. Had a few estimates done and they were the most reasonable. They didn't try to make me buy more than what I needed like precision door service. Instead of making me replace my whole garage door, they recommended just replacing two of the panels, which saved me time, money, and stress. The repairman, Carson, was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He showed up early within the time window they gave, so I wasn't waiting around for them. Excellent service and people.

I had my new garage door installed today by Carson. He did an excellent job and answered all of my questions before he left. My entire experience was great from the estimate (Dean was wonderful) to going to the store to look at doors and colors to the install. My door was in stock and was installed the next day!!!! Our garage door got stuck last Friday, mid morning. I called the place that installed it and sent out an idiot that said he couldn't fix it because it had Extension Springs. Bewildered, I was talking to a friend that said DoorTec had installed the garage doors, at his new house, so I called them and they were very friendly and said they would be out between 3-5. They showed up about 3:15 and got that door fixed and inspected the other garage door. Their price was even lower than the original place I called. Doortec is an upstanding company that takes care of customers. I had them install my garage doors in my new construction home the I gc'ed myself. They treated me well up front and were very competitively priced when I compared them to other folks in the OKC market. Most importantly, I had an issue (not workmanship) with the unit on my main garage door. When I called, they could not find my info in the system, but made an appointment to come out the next day and take a look...on a Saturday. My garage doors were installed by Door Tech. Six months later, due to a mis-alignment, the cable attached to the spring snapped.
No problem. I have a one year warranty through the builder.
My door broke on a Friday. I called my builder immediately. He called me back on Saturday and let me know that after speaking to his rep, "Warranty work is only Monday through Friday." In other words, "we save our weekend work for emergency jobs where we can bill weekend hours, and warranty work makes us no money." Great business model, PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
