I called for a repair appointment, accepted the (10) day wait time only to have the appointment cancelled the day before and rescheduled for (6) days later. I left work early to be at my BC home for the 3:00 to 5:00 appointment window (after waiting over 2 weeks). The techs did not call or show up.
