Do not use this service. The product itself is good. However, the delivery was an hour and a half late after the driver was given the wrong address. Additionally, the wardrobe boxes I purchased were not in the original delivery. I had to schedule a separate delivery with the driver for the next day. I'm not sure that I will be getting the wardrobe boxes. I tried calling the office multiple times during office hours, but received no response.

This is totally the way to go for packing up for a move. So nice to not have to tape boxes and to be able to stack packed boxes without worrying about crushing the box below it.
Not everything will fit in these boxes, obviously, so some additional extra large cardboard boxes will likely be needed, but these boxes made it so much easier for us and the movers we hired. Plus we don't have to store a ton of old carboard boxes or bother with recycling them.

The boxes were perfect! Super sturdy and clean. Our only hitch was actually with STI. They call from an unlisted number and do not leave a message. When they picked the boxes up the guy called at 0545! Our pick up was scheduled between 1630 and 1930. The guy asked to pick up the boxes at 1100, he came at 0930. But, he was super quick and very efficient. We will definitely use BluBox-It again, just maybe will be proactive in calling STI to make sure all arrangements are made.

Let me start off by saying that the product, the actual blue boxes themselves, are a good product. Eco-friendly, sturdy, easy to use/stack. The cost of the boxes isn't far off from what you would pay at Home Depot or Menards for cardboard and tape.

After using BluBox-It on two separate occasions I can say that delivery/pick-up service is terrible. The delivery drivers arrive at any hour of the day without any notice or not at all. Last year, I scheduled an 8am drop off on Saturday morning. They arrived at 6:30am which was fine since I was home. When they were suppose to come pick them up

Delivered accurately what I required! Prices were very genuine and they worked proficiently. They were perfect on the driving time and arrived promptly for the move. I had a big sofa that didn't set up the stairs. They managed to pull it over the terrace! I will definitely recommend them for moving services!!

Loved our experience with BluBox-it. I comparison shopped all of the other re-usable boxing services and this was easily the best price for the most boxes. We loved that they included supplies like ties and labels. Delivery was prompt and we were even able to schedule an earlier pickup. Highly recommend!

Martin was great in getting my order setup and sent out! Trust me that 50 bons is more than enough for a two bdrooms, but would recommend a Large box rental for linens. Delivery and pickup was timely. I liked not having to lug the boxes over to the trash or recycling plant. Process forces you to UNPACK!

This was my first time using BluBox-It. Delivery and pick-up was right on schedule. Using their durable boxes none of my items were broken. Also this allowed me to unpack my new place sooner. I will definitely use BluBox-It in the future for my moves. Great Service!

Best decision we made during our move! The boxes were perfect size, clean, and delivered right to my door. I had read reviews beforehand and that was helpful. Someone noted to not tie the zip tie too tight, as it's hard to cut off when unpacking. Also, the provided labels don't stick well, I just put a piece of scotch tape across for extra security. I gave four stars because I had a hard time getting a hold of someone at the company. But when I did, they were so helpful and accommodating. I needed the bins picked up earlier than the two weeks and they came the day I called to get them

We had a fantastic experience with this company and their service. Instead of having to buy dozens and dozens of expensive cardboard boxes that we'd have to throw out anyway, we paid MUCH less for 50 of their large and durable blue bins. I cannot overemphasize the affordability of this service combined with superior customer service. Super eco friendly! Boxes were delivered quickly and scheduling pick up wasn't too bad. Plenty of zip ties and labels provided. Don't secure the zip ties too tight because they're not easy to remove with a pair of scissors. I gave one less star because the labels provided did not stick to the boxes at all. Would highly recommend and use again!!

My husband and I used BluBox-it to move from our 1 bedroom apartment and into our new home. I got the idea of using reusable boxes from a friend who had used another company. After comparing prices BluBox-it was a good deal and we booked the 1 bedroom (30 box) package.
The boxes were very durable and kept everything that was breakable safe. The handles were great because it made moving the boxes very easy. I also liked the capability of being able to stack the boxes on top of each other.

This is legitimately one of the worst customer service experience I've ever had. There appears to be no one answering phones in the office, they miss delivery days after making you sit and wait for them for 4+ hours when the manager said you'll be at the beginning of the shift. Management appears to be completely disconnected from delivery and lacking the fundamental accountability and customer service necessary to operate a business.

These blue boxes made my move SUPER easy. Delivered right to my door, no hassle of hauling and assembling cardboard boxes. Boxes were extremely durable, stackable, and bigger than I expected. Extremely neat/tidy move, and NOTHING in any of the boxes broke. I STRONGLY preferred this to cardboard. The dolly made them really easy to move and the handles made them easy to lift.
I rigorously checked pricing across different reusable moving box companies in Chicago and BluBox had the most cost efficient pricing for ~30 boxes. I was satisfied with the rate of $139 for 30.

What a fantastic experience! These bins were such a preferable way to pack and move. No building or breaking down boxes, easy to lift, comparably priced to cardboard boxes and made me feel so much better about the environmental impact of the move. I highly recommend BlueBox-It for anyone moving.

We had a few hangups in the beginning working with the third-party moving company. You can request a time and day for delivery/pickup online and then STI Moving calls you to confirm. I used PayPal in order to have a 'paper trail,' if needed. They said they don't work past 5 p.m., even though they allow you to request any time of day on their website. I said it had to be after 6 p.m. as I'm not available until that time. They said that should be all right.

The day came for delivery, 6 p.m. came.... 7 p.m. came.... I called and no one answered. I called the dispatch emergency

These are perfect! I needed some smaller plastic storage bins for my summer clothes. Specifically, I needed them to fit on the Home Depot garage shelving system. These were perfect. I am able to fit to per shelf, with extra room on each side. Surprisingly, these boxes hold a lot more clothes than I thought they could. They are sturdy, lock into place easily and look really nice on the shelves.

A great service - surprisingly inexpensive and sooooooooo much better than buying or hustling for cardboard boxes for my big move. They were very easy about scheduling drop off and pick up of the crates: I work a standard 9-5 schedule and I didn't want to have to take 2 days off work to arrange for these. All in all, I recommend these folks and their product highly. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for my next move
