No Contact Delivery Consists of: Front door drop off (drop off at base of stairs for multi story buildings) or placement of boxed merchandise in a garage.
Pruitt's warrants all merchandise sold to be free of manufacture defect in material and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Pruitt's warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence, or accident; has been relocated, repaired or tampered with; was sold "as is"; or is used for commercial purposes.

I am always impressed by this place! It’s the perfect furniture store. The have a great selection! It is evident that the buyer for the store really knows how to select the right items and has a solid mix of furniture making one stop shopping for any furniture I might need for my home. Sales staff was great but furniture terrible. We exchanged out several sectionals and couches due to damage when they were delivered. We now have a couch that we chose out of need and it looks like it's 10 years old and it's less than a year. Pillows worn and the filling is different on all of them making it look uneven. Sad to say we are still paying for it through pruitts financing plan and we will need a new couch before we are done!!

They sold me a dining table in June 2021 and in 4 month somehow water got inside the table and the edge got swollen cracking the paint on the side. To my surprise It wasn't even real wood at all but synthetic materials with wood laminate. Their policy says one year of warranty however they won't back up their product and they even challenge me to court if I have a problem with their decision even after they send a guy to check the damages and agreed it's due to the table absorbing liquid but the customer support talks like I drop the table on it side.

Pruitt's is the WORST FURNITURE STORE EVER!! We purchased a powered double reclining sofa from them in November 2019. By July 2021 the stuffing had come out of the sofa so badly I finally went to their store to see if they could do anything about it. I was referred to Daisy, assistant manager, who told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about it because it was past their warranty period. We have made 3 large purchases from Pruitt's over the last 2 years and we have never been disappointed. The staff at the store are very friendly and not pushy, and when it comes to checking to make sure things are in stock before you order, they do a great job. Their delivery/setup staff are always very courteous and helpful. Pruitt's may not have the most luxurious showroom like a place like Ashley's, but Pruitt's selection is great and their prices are very fair. I will be shopping from them again and have no problem recommending them.

Terrible service. Ordered in January. Expect delivery in the middle of February. Now the middle of March. Sectional is in the warehouse but the ottoman won't be in for another 4-6 weeks!! Asked for free delivery of the ottoman and got attitude. Said we might cancel the order and got more attitude. Going to look elsewhere.

I wouldn't buy anything from this company ever again. Manager is rude and isn't a very happy person to deal with. He says what you buy is what you get. Service sucks! Check craftsmen ship before you buy and make sure what you wants is what the salesman is selling you. Check you invoice for product and sizes before you sign, or take delivery. Cause trying to get it corrected, won't happen! Better safe than sorry and dealing with a manager that doesn't care about you.

Dealt with Prescott valley and Phoenix location. Both managers weren't helpful. There was an error with my furniture, after waiting 3 months. The piece of furniture I had already paid for was going to take another 2 months to receive. When I requested a return I was told they will take a 20% restocking fee and was offered no help to speak to anyone higher. I have to wait to have my furniture picked up and wait for a refund. Buying local was a mistake. Don't do it ! If less than one star was an option I would choose it. This was the worst customer service I have ever received and now I

Drove over an hour to buy a table. Told they won't sell me one. Two weeks to wait for delivery. Was in the store 3 weeks ago and told not to worry that if they don't have one in the store they will sell the floor model. Lied to my face. Wasted gas and time. So frustrated!! Called the Prescott Valley store to confirm they were open- made sure I had the correct address and a 928 phone number. MAPS and YELP said they were, but I didn't trust them because we'd tried to go on Tuesday last month and they were closed. Today is Wednesday. A cheerful lady answered the phone and confirmed they are open today until 6. So we drove the 40 min and guess what? Closed! I called the 928 number I'd called before to ask where they are located- Phx! Guess all calls are being forwarded while they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesday's..SO ANNOYING!!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Had issue with couch putting legs on and requested a call back twice to get some help. Finally spoke to manager Cody) and was non helpful and really didn't care about my situation. Will never shop at Pruitts in Prescott Valley again. Bottom line customer service is awful requested a call back and they did not. I had to call back again to speak to a manager. Again being told I would have to wait a couple of weeks for help. Bought furniture from them. What was delivered was NOT what we ordered! Luckily I had pictures of bed and nightstands and just refused to accept delivery. I did not have pictures of coffee table or end tables and they didn't want to let me refuse. I called store to return products and they said I had 18 hours. Got it there but attitude of staff was horrible and they took huge percentage for taking return.
Might be fine for cash and carry accessories but otherwise be extremely careful.

Went for my first visit in PV after going to Ashley's. Aaron was very kind & helpful with no pressure. Found the same thing I liked at Ashley's for almost $600 less!!! Needless to say Pruitt's will be my go to store for furniture. They have a huge store & good selection. I recommend. Don't waste time at Ashley's.

OK this used to be the old K mart store and Prescott Valley Arizona and it is now Prue its furniture, it is expensive and the funny thing about it is it is expensive pricing but she can find the exact same materials furniture items at Walmart and target in any other places like home depot and lowes for a lot less

Took my daughter in to buy her first new furniture for her home. The first time we went in we were helped by Ron, not too pushy and didn't follow us everywhere. This time he was sitting with what I thought was a customer turns out it was another employee and we ended up with a tattooed nose pierced young woman that didn't put forth a very good first impression and had a bit of an attitude when I told her we weren't interested in the protection policy.
