I purchased a very nice pool table from ST in October 2020. They contracted to have it delivered and installed it in November. One of the sides split and I let them know in February 2021. It is now August 2021. They keep promising to get back to me with a repair/replacement date and never do. Beware if there is any problem with your table the likely hood that they will service it in a timely manner or at all is slim at best. I’m still waiting.

Shanta was fantastic!! I asked her if I could order 4 more pub chairs without ordering a new pub table and she said they could do that (even though it was sold as a set - that I already ordered)! She was super fast to respond and very accurate with her quotes! Best yet, shipping was amazing - I ordered on Sat. 7/17/21 being told it would arrive in about 3 weeks and I came home today on 7/22/21 and it was on my door step - AMAZING!! Thank you Shanta and Sawyer Twain!! I love this pub table and all of its chairs!!

This was a weird case where I ended up getting a refund for my purchase but will undoubtedly be back and recommend, based solely on the service I received. I had ordered a specific grill which ended up being out of stock. I was presented with several options, including similar grills or waiting what the manufacturer's 3-4 weeks for re-stocking. Unfortunately there were several delays along the way from the manufacturer and the 3-4 weeks was about to turn into 9 months. The service team (specifically Shanta) was extremely empathetic to my situation; in wanting the grill I had purchased in January

My experience was very different than many of the other reviews here. It took 8 months for something I was told would be delivered in 6 weeks. Ordered a pool table in Sept 2020 and was told I'd have it by the middle of October. That came and went and was then told I'd have it before Thanksgiving, which also came and went. Finally received the table in late December only to find out one of the slate peices arrived damaged. Replacement slate took forever. There was a lack of follow up and updates, whenever I called them they couldn't give me real information as to what the timeline would be. Then

Really nice pool table. Purchased online and the pictures looked really good. I am just telling you, it looks even better in person! And really solid and well made. If you are reluctant about purchasing a pool table on line, you can rest assured that these are top quality. I've been playing pool for 40 years, and I have played on the very best tables, and certainly the very worst. These are among the most solid and easy to keep level tables out there. Ordered the Xander by Plank and Hide and it looks perfect in our rec room. Was warned about possible shipping delays, but was surprised to learn the table shipped about a month earlier than expected. Ordered a pool table that was "in stock" in December.
3 months later, it hasn't shipped yet. And there's no clarity as to when - if ever - it will ship.
They have misled (or lied?) about the status of the order. It's always "almost ready to ship". Then another 2 weeks passes and nothing happens.
Shanta has given me 11 updates (always at my prompting) and none of them had any substance.

Great experience! It's nerve wracking to make such a big purchase online, but we could not be happier. Customer service was excellent, communication was great, and the product is beautiful. Tip: Many of the pool tables are often on backorder, so we emailed Sawyer Twain to figure out what was currently available and what was on backorder.

We purchased the Otis Pool Table with dining top, in the tournament blue felt color. We had a lot of questions about the size, material, and installation and their team was very prompt in helping. The installers showed up on time and were very friendly. The table was leveled and adjusted, and they took all of the trash with them when leaving.
The blue felt on the dark wood is STUNNING, and the wood top was easy to put into place. Quality, quality, quality!! Good stuff all around!

Chris was a huge help when a company he sold through dropped the ball on delivery. He called me personally and ensured the pool table got delivered. I would highly recommend the store for outstanding customer service and integrity. Both things are hard to come by anymore and to get both together is a long shot. Please consider this store fir your first choice when shopping.
