They told me they were going to come in at 1pm and then came at 9:30am so I had to rush back home to let them in. I paid for 4 hours and they left after 1.5 hours and the place is still dirty! You see shoe imprints everywhere, dust is still everywhere, doesn't seem to have been cleaned at all. They just seemed to have done the bathrooms and then left. My family and I had to clean the place ourselves afterwords which makes this service pointless. Worst $580 + tip I ever spent.

Michelle and Alejandra were quite the duo! They were right on time and came fully prepared. They went straight to work after a quick walk through and we came back to a gleaming apartment. Such a wonderful luxury and we will definitely be requesting them again. Cristina the owner was extremely responsive and courteous; because she was so quick to respond we were able to snag a last minute time slot! Really looking forward to having the crew come out again.
