I just want to say that I had such a pleasant and professional experience with MAID IN THE USA. And that Vince, the manager, in particular was very reassuring and responsible. If only all businesses were so great! Communication was clear - 2 cleaners arrived at my apartment and did an amazing and thorough job. Something I did not expect was that they were also overall very quiet which I prefer as I work from home. I recommend them!

Received a response immediately with pricing and schedule. What impressed me was even at 9 pm at night I got a response when I txted. The two person crew came and got right to work. The result was amazing, they put a lot of efforts into their job given my place needed a deep cleaning and from the final result one can see that the team took time and care to make sure my place was spotless. Cleaning team was nice and worked well together. I scheduled a deep clean of 2 + 2 mobile home. On the surface things looked really nice, but I had to point out cobwebs near the ceiling, they didn't sweep under the sofa and they didn't close any of the doors and clean behind them. Home definitely looks, smells and feels better but considering the amount I paid I would have expected them to clean a little deeper.

Beginning to end, this was a 5 star experience. Starting with the booking, The manager Vince accommodated our demanding scheduling needs remaining friendly and professional throughout. Despite a busy existing schedule for Maid in the USA, he managed to get us in within a couple of days. Then came cleaning day - the crew, in line with the professionalism Vince conveyed, was, too, friendly, professional, and accommodating. I'm typing this review AS I watch them clean in front of me because I'm that excited. I was treating my apartment for bugs with a spray that goes all around the perimeter of the home. I saw dirt and dust in places I never thought to look, and saw places that obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. Because of this I opted for the deep clean of my apartment common areas and my bedroom (my roommates didn't get their rooms done), and I could cry I am so happy. Excellent service. I needed a maid on Monday and Vince corresponded with me on Sunday night it to make it happen. He even provided three maids including himself to make it go faster. They did an excellent job doing everything -even cleaned the baseboards around our kitchen on their hands and knees. Would definitely use them again. Thank you

This is the second time I have used them to clean my apartment if it were possible it was cleaner this time than it was last time. Outstanding job David and Eli cleaned everything from the the refrigerator to windows. Very cordial hard-working pleasant people to clean your home. Once again Vincent the owner was there to answer any questions. Just a great company good people and Scheduling was quite easy. So I am giving them a five star again this is the only company I will have clean my apartment.

Maid in the U.S.A. has kept us sane over the past (*almost*) a decade. My husband and I are both professionals and we have a FURRY Persian cat. We hired Maid in the U.S.A. when our schedules were so busy we barely had time at home to care for ourselves. We don't trust many people in our home, but this company employs detail oriented, efficient, friendly, professional and trust-worthy people. Vince, the manager, is quick to respond to client concerns and is willing to work with our busy schedules, especially when a guest is coming into town. Vince, the manager, and his crew are great. I used them when I lived in Pasadena for a couple of years. Vince is easy to reach by email and phone, and always got back to me quickly. He was great about scheduling my sporadic and last-minute cleanings! Usually you don't get the same crew each time, but I requested that one of the two crew members always be Octavio, and Vince helped me schedule that.
The price is fair compared to similar outfits in the area. And my cleaning team always did a great job: they were friendly and professional. Octavio would remember my preferences and tell his teammate

The manager Vince was friendly, very responsive to our calls or emails and always keeps us updated on changes. Maid in the USA comes to clean for us every week and it's the most detailed, thorough cleaning we've ever had. Prices are very fair, and when you consider how great of a cleaning they do compared to the individual, unprofessional cleaners we've had in the past, it's a real value!
