We hired Cruz Steam Cleaning (Jan 2022) after an extensive search of Yelp reviews and subsequent phone Q&A with a few carpet and marble floor cleaners who had strong Yelp ratings. Alex Cruz was easy to reach, texted dimensions and photos of the rooms and floors we needed him to clean, he responded with a cost quote immediately.
Alex maintained great text communication and he and his coworker arrived within the time window he had estimated. They were professional, thorough and we were totally pleased with how clean our carpets were (625 Sq Ft) and impressed with how he could clean our travertine

We are so glad we reached out to Alex at Cruz Steam Cleaning. He was prompt, professional and fairly priced....that was all we hoped to find. We are very satisfied with the quality of his work and plan on using him again. Getting the furniture and rugs cleaned was a nice Christmas gift to ourselves...this year especially!

Really disappointed. I hired this company to shampoo my carpet while I went out of town for a week. I asked if they could lock up when they finished, which they did. However, I came back unexpectedly and found they had turned on my window A/C unit and left it running!! Had I not stopped back, it would have been running all day and all night for a week straight! I would have come home to a huge bill, not to mention a total waste of energy. While my carpet looked nice and clean, I thought it was so irresponsible of them to turn on my A/C without asking me. I would not recommend this company

My boyfriend hired Alex to clean a couch he got on Craigslist and recommended him to me- I have two cats, a dog, and two elementary aged children who absolutely ravage our cloth couch. Rather than get a new one or make everyone be extra careful, we have had Alex come clean the couch three times now over the last couple years. It's incredible, and looks and smells new when he is done. He is kind and professional and sweet to my kids who want to sit on chairs and watch him work. Highly recommend his services and will hire him again!

everything we cleaned looked so much better. Sofas and rugs .. highly recommended . He was happy to explain his process and made me feel comfortable with a fancy sofa that I wasn't sure could be cleaned with this method.

Alex, the owner of Cruz Steam Cleaning, is awesome. I found his business on Yelp and reached out to have the tile in the kitchen and bathroom of our rental unit cleaned. He is was extremely responsive, gave me a quick and fair quote and we scheduled for him to come the following week. He arrived on time, finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time and the outcome was incredible. I am so glad we found him! We are planning to have him come to our house and do our kitchen and bathroom next! Alex also does carpet cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning. I am posting before and after pictures

I didn't get to use his service but he gave me an honest assessment that he may not be able to help me (my daybed has a funky smell to me but it's something no one else can smell apparently.. I might just have a crazy sensitive nose)
So he actually ended up dissuading me from doing the steam cleaning. I felt bad cuz he came all the way out to do the job but didn't end up doing it.
All in all, I appreciated his honest professional opinion and would recommend him.

Alex is very nice to deal with, and I stipulated that our living room furniture, well used, spot cleaned and somewhat faded after several years, would not emerge from steam cleaning in perfect condition.
However, I was sorry to see that the fabric has some water drip stains from the cleaning and that the sofa arms retain signs of ordinary grime. I had hoped for a more complete removal of buildup from ordinary use and for a more careful removal of water from the fabric.

I call Alex every time I need something cleaned, and he always does an amazing job. I found him years ago when my baby would vomit all over an expensive rocking chair that I bought in the ignorance of a young and inexperienced mom, and let's just say I had him coming back very often to clean that chair, as it was getting vomit, milk or some other mystery substance on it sometimes twice a week.
Alex is always thorough and if the stains are removable, he will get them out. He also cares not to ruin the furniture, which is so important to me because some of my furniture is really expensive

Our office needed carpet cleaning desperately. We had another company quote us for $200.00, and then showed up asking for $1,200.00!! Fortunately, an employee from our office had their floors cleaned by Cruz Steam Cleaning a week prior to our scheduled cleaning and recommended Alex to us.
No one thought our carpet was savable, but Alex came in and gave us a whole new office!

I've called on Alex a couple times to steam clean our sofas and rugs because his work and attitude is exceptional. So when our tenants vacated our guest house last month and I needed the rugs cleaned, I called Alex. At the same time, the floor guy I usually call to refinish our tile floor was booked out until end of march. So when I asked Alex if he could clean the stone floors too, he said he'd see what he could do. He ended up getting a special attachment for his machine to do the job and I'm so glad the other guy was unavailable because pictures speak a thousand words...

Alex and Cruz Steam Cleaning were incredibly helpful from initial quote to scheduling to the great job they did in refreshing our sectional couch that was discolored from normal, daily use. We hired StanleySteemer to clean the couch in October 2020 and as evident in the photo Alex's cleaning was much more thorough with price point exactly the same. Again, discoloration was from nothing more than daily use and the difference in cleanliness is evident and a result of Alex's care and professional touch.
