I called them to setup an emergency cleanup, we just moved in to our new place and regrettably our couch was dirty and some paint fell on it. The technician stopped by on Monday morning and took care of our couch. After the cleanup our couch looks great and we called them to schedule another appointment for carpet cleaning of our new place in Los Angeles Area. They send us different team for our carpet to be clean and they were able to do a good job and carpets smell nice. The tech was quick, and efficient. Wow I am completely happy with how clean my carpets/rugs look now. The carpet in my grandmothers room is so old and hasn't had a deep cleanse for who knows how long. No trace of a stain left and they were able to use pet friendly products because of our dogs. The rugs look brand new too! The cleaners did an amazing job and it was cool to watch the carpet get cleaner as they worked on it.
