We've been using Trojan Carpet Care for years, primarily to clean our.... couches! We have two young, disgusting kids, and an annual couch cleaning is something I budget for.
They are always quick to respond and are very flexible with scheduling. This past time, we had the nicest guy - I feel terrible that I didn't get his name, but every time the staff have been professional and courteous.
This past time, in addition to mystery child stains, we had mystery adult house sitter stains, and they managed to get most of it out.

A+ work doing a seamless carpet patch repair in my bedroom. I spilled coffee that left a huge stubborn stain that would not come out. They also did a wonderful job taking out a huge stain (my dog had a big accident) in one of my closets.

Trojan Carpet Care is a terrific service for those in need of carpet cleaning. They worked really hard in removing the stains that concerned us and were successful at it. They also used protectants to cover legs of any furniture touching the carpet.
They were nice and friendly. The owner had just returned from Turkey and left us a goodie bag full of evil eye necklaces, key rings and bracelets!

Amazing workmanship! We had our bamboo floor repaired due to water damage. Not only was the work absolutely impeccable, the gentleman was efficient, cleaned up after the job and very nice.
These guys are very good at what they do. The communication and follow up were right on target as well.

When I call, Yohance (owner), remembers me and my house. He is very friendly and I get a quick appointment to get my carpet cleaned. We are selling our house and having a open house this weekend. My real estate agent had suggested getting the carpets cleaned and we found Trojan Carpet Care. We live in la Canada and they were available the following day. We had our whole house carpet and tile cleaned and wish we would have don't it a long time ago. Called 2 or 3 carpet cleaning services looking for same day service to clean 2 bedrooms in my house. No one was available. I called Trojan Carpet Care around 8:30am & was given a same day appointment for 12-2p. I spoke to Yohance who was very professional & quoted me a VERY reasonable rate.
Tech showed up just before noon, got right to work, and did a beautiful job. He cleaned up all of his equipment and didn't any mess behind. Very good company, I'll definitely be using them again.
