I was referred to them by a friend who used LA Carpet Cleaning at our condo before. I liked how the carpets came out then and I like how they came out now. Valentin told me what the carpets needed and what levels of cleaning he suggested, and he delivered on exactly what he said he was going to do. The carpets definitely look refreshed and it took only 30-40 minutes for a 100 sq ft bedroom.

LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC!!! This company is truly phenomenal. I’ve used them twice, once for upholstery cleaning and the second for tile and grout cleaning. Today Richard came out to clean my tile and there was a bit of discrepancy on the price, but Richard handled the issue professionally and ensured I was taken care of. I had a wonderful experience with Richard, Aaron, and LA Carpet Cleaning! Richard and Aaron were both very professional; they explained what they were doing thoroughly, especially pricing and what services were really necessary. They worked well together, and Richard was doing a great job mentoring Aaron, modeling and explaining techniques. They were a great team. The house is so clean, and having the stains caused by years of foot traffic and dog accidents disappear was such a relief! We'll certainly be following up down the line!

I called few days ago to ask for a quote and the staff was really nice and helpful to answer all my questions. Richard is the guy who came to my apt to do the job. He is really nice, helpful, and detailed on the job as well. He showed me different options I could have for the carpet cleaning. He is informative and responsible. Really happy that I chose them to clean my carpet! Definitely recommend these guys for carpet cleaning if you live in LA area!!!
