We do not do any non-light fixture services, thus our employees are singularly focused and have heaped up real full-time experience. In addition, our insurances truly cover our chandelier / light fixture work. Many cleaning companies are unaware that there insurance does not cover damages to expensive chandeliers or dangerous work on ladders.
1 WE ARE EXPERTS: We only clean chandeliers. We do not clean anything else. Chandelier work is not a part-time job for us. We clean chandeliers day in and day out. It might take half a decade before a novice runs into most of the types of chandeliers that are out there, and maybe another few years before they'll fully understand how to clean them.
Every chandelier is different. Without seeing a picture of your chandelier we cannot truly understand what is involved in cleaning or working on it. Our process for cleaning a chandelier can be quite involved. It's certainly not just dusting. Because of the fact that we have the equipment and experience that window cleaners, maids, janitors, and even other chandelier cleaning companies do not have, the results of our efforts are superlative. We know what solutions are safe and effective and which to use on any particular surface.
Restoring the luster back to brass, silver, nickel, and stainless steel parts and frames of chandeliers is our main "restoration" service, but we also categorize some other tasks of ours as restorative since they require a higher tier of effort, time, and expertise than does a standard surface-dirt cleaning and/or because they bring back what has been lost or incomplete concerning your chandelier.

We recently moved into a new house and the lighting fixtures were filthy. When I searched for someone who specializes in cleaning fixtures there were only a few people listed. I chose Witherspoon Chandelier cleaners because they had many positive reviews. Yesterday he arrived at my house and literally transformed my fixtures! The lighting before was dull and dark. When he finished the cleaning they took on the brightest shine!! I have already booked an appointment for next year so I can keep the fixtures perfect! We have a typical basic chandelier in a very high ceiling entryway, brass and basic glass light holders. The Witherspoon team asked for a photo online in advance, gave a fair quote, promptly scheduled the work, showed up right on time, took precautions for safety and cleanliness in the work area, accomplished the work efficiently, and met the quote as promised. I was very impressed--and there is no way I could have done this on my own without the hospital bills or mess below to show for it. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

To be honest, i was a bit dubious about having my precious 50 yr-old chandelier spray-cleaned. But when the job was done, it was all sparkly and looked like new! I was amazed and totally satisfied. Aaron & assistant were efficient and respectful of my home's furnishings.
Good customer service, too! Aaron came out on a Sunday, his only day-off to take down and crate my chandelier for shipping the next day.
I definitely will use them again and recommend them.

Aaron and his team are incomparable!! I was in need of a chandelier cleaner and fast and Witherspoon came to the rescue--accommodating my schedule and not interfering with business hours.
