I was very satisfied at every step of the process of getting my house's two furnace and AC units replaced. So my AC unit died on the hottest day of the year, called Elite and they had someone out within the hour with a new unit, had me back up and running within 4 hours. The install crew very professional and particular about everything.
Best experience I ever had, they earned my business forever.

So today was the day new furnace and air conditioning units replaced our tired, ugly & 17 year old units - Kurt and the all the guys were awesome!
They were here on time and I was the one who was late - they… were so nice about it! They laid cloths on the floors and stairway, installation was super fast & we LOVE our new unit (it happens to be the best looking one in the neighborhood too 😁).
I can’t wait to see how this impacts our monthly utility bill!! Thanks so much Elite!!! You are the best!!

Our AC died on a 90° day. Full on blow out! Due to a medical condition i cannot be without AC. Our "regular " service (big name / big cost operation) couldn't come for 5 days
I was in panic mode.
We knew we needed a new unit ...and fast.
A friend recommended that I call Elite.
That was literally only 20 hours ago.

Our air conditioning suddenly stopped working. On a recommendation of a co-worker, I called Elite Air in the evening and got a return call early the following morning. They were a little off as to when the technician would arrive but when he finally did, he was exceptional. Very professional and unassuming. He took special care not to track dirt or anything else into our home. He found the problems and replaced the parts that our friendly little mice and other critters had damaged. The fix was a considerable amount of money but most of it was for parts. All in all, I think they probably

Someone could've scammed me into buying major new parts, but Joe checked out my messed up furnace and found a bad transformer that was like $50 to replace. Probably saved me hundreds of bucks! Also rewired my thermostat, which Shamrock screwed up & wouldn't fix. Good honest HVAC dudes! Totally recommend - and good prices.
