This place is awesome and highly recommended.
I purchased a new unit from them a couple of years ago. Anytime I have an issue with the unit (normal part replacements or unit not operating at full capacity) they will provide guidance over the phone that will help avoid service calls to your residence.
The yearly maintenance fee is very low and so is thier service on-site fee.
Lewis has been assisting me lately with instructions on how to troubleshoot via phone, he's extremely knowledgeable and provides easy to follow directions. Lewis took my late night calls and arrived on-site same day to check

They were so wonderful and helpful when our AC kept going out. It gets really hot really fast in Florida, obviously, and they were able to come over as soon as possible when we had no cooling. They did a wonderful job with our AC and they also cleaned out ducts and vents.

So many GOOD things to say about this company! I called to schedule maintenance on a 2020 AC unit. I spoke to the owner and she dug a little further into why I had issues with a brand new machine. (It's leaking water into the garage.) Explained my issue (blocked drain line) and then sent me instructions and talked me through how to fix the issue myself. When she could have scheduled a service call and made money off my inexperience, she told me how to fix the issue on my own and saved me time, money, and concerns about the unit. Every person in this company is caring, professional, and highly skilled. They came late at night within minutes when our A/C quit. Easy to get appointments. I use them for my annual service and they do a great job, but I also asked about a repair on a brand that they didn’t stock parts for. they gave me great advice on how to get the job done at lowest cost to me. They also went out of their way to put me in touch with other reputable local companies who could help me. Nothing in it for them at all, and they could have done the job instead, I think it speak volumes about their integrity and honesty. Definitely recommend

I interviewed 4 ac companies and did my research online. They were the only one that answered all my questions. They were patient as I had him reexplain everything to my daughter who had shown up late. Their pricing was competitive but more importantly he didn't timeshare sell me. Starting real high and then coming lower to get the job. He knew I was shopping around and presented me with his best offer. They installed the ac within 2 days and the technician was professional. I definitely recommend Service Star.

As new homeowners,we called for routine maintenance. Upon inspection of the unit and condenser it was discovered the condenser was on it’s last legs, and more concerning was mold throughout the unit itself and a few other issues. We decided to put in a whole new HVAC system and whole house air purifier. Luis gave us A fair quote and we decided to get the work done. Much to our surprise, Luis had his installers Austin and Jesse at our house within a few hours. The work was done by evening, in a timely and very professional manner.
