I had the most horrible experience with a company called AAA Albrand who was recommended through Choice Home Warranty - this repairman came - I paid him my $75 service fee and he then misdiagnosed the problem so Choice Home Warranty denied my claim after being with them for over 6 years. So much for that! Called Ferran -who was recommended by another company. Meeting Mr. Shehane and Jason Leach from Ferran demonstrated the most professionalism I ever experienced from any company since moving to Fl 14 years ago. Beware, there are lots of scam artists in this sunshine state in every field- Sigh!

Ferran came out to my house when my AC stopped working and they fixed it quick! They were so professional and courteous! They also have come to my house to do my maintenance since I opted for the program and they have very decent, respectful and knowledgeable employees. I feel safe having them in my house and they also put booties on before entering which I appreciate. I also love that they show up on time when they say they do and give text reminders. Definitely recommend.

I am biased because I only call Ferran. Repeat customer. This company will send out only QUALIFIED technicians. There are some big companies out there just putting men in trucks and you get luck of the draw on your service. NOT with Ferran. Just had my electrical panel replaced in garage and the technician was timely (thats no small job) and he kept his work space tidy and was consciences. These guys are quick to respond to questions or concerns. Ferran -its a relationship with a team of qualified members to resolve your current dilemma.

Ferran did a complete home rewire. After contacting 7 companies, they were the only company that would agree to such a big job. They were incredibly professional and did truly quality work. They talked with us about what we wanted done and were able to work with the added difficulties of an older home. Will be calling them for any future projects.

My recent call was due to my blower module went bad and my air handler ran all day even when the temperature had reached the set goal. The technician Jonathan came out on the same day as my call to request service. He confirmed the blower module needed to be replaced. He called in a warranty replacement. Quoted me the price for labor which I felt was reasonable due to the discount I have with the maintenance plan. Advised the unit needed to be ordered and will arrive in one week. Exactly one week later Jonathan returned to do the repair. I will definitely recommend Ferran services due to their

I would recommend Ferran, very responsible company and reasonable pricing. They were sent by Duke energy since we had the water heater coverage. They replaced the old water heater since it was over 10 years old, but still had an issue with the circuit breaker. Their electrician came out the same afternoon and found lots of loose wiring in the circuit breaker and replaced a bad breaker and tighten the rest of the wiring and the total cost was $175. Alot better than the last rip-off company (Deep Electric).

I need a whole new Circuit Breaker Box b/c it was little over 30 years old, kept getting hot & kept shutting down the washer/dryer. Tech Kevin came & install the new circuit breaker box. He did an excellent job installing it. After Kevin was done. He didn't leave until everything works perfectly. He went above & beyond to make sure every was running fine & the box didn't get very hot. Kevin was a very nice guy, friendly & down to earth. I high recommend Ferran Service for their hard work

My husband and I have been using Ferran for our electrical needs for years. We always request our favorite electrician, Al, to come to our home. I had to call this company every other day for about two weeks to get them to come out to my house to do an energy assessment. The resulting report seemed less technically specific than I had hoped. Nonetheless the appropriate tools were used to conduct the tests on my AC, insulation, ductwork, and electrical system and the test was conducted in a quick and professional manner. Also the inspector/ technician made some suggestions on how to alter my home to make it more energy efficient.

After emergency service over a weekend and no AC at 90+degrees they informed me unit needed to be replaced. I called first thing on Monday to set an appointment and would have purchased immediately to get installed ASAP. I called another company just to get a bid for comparison although I fully intended to go with Ferran and would have ACCEPT no one bothered to call me back until 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. I was then informed they didn't have an appointment available till Wednesday or Thursday... just to give a quote. Needless to say, the company I AM using and would recommend "FOUR SEASONS

The BEST company for all of your AC, electrical and plumbing needs. I recently finished a project for the law firm I work for. Needless to say this project included multiple contractors. I have never had service as good as this service. A Roberto came to my home he gave such a thorough cleaning and explained each procedure that he did. My rooms now are all cool. Explained how should wrap the pipes so they don't freeze up instead of trying to sell me a new unit. He told me that my unit was still good and just needs to be maintained. I give him the highest recommendation. My air is running so great. Congratulations on a great service.

I am not happy with Ferran. Our AC needed to be replaced, we did not know who to call so we resorted to google and online reviews. Ferran was close and a lot of people had things to say about them, we felt good enough to give them a go.

I had Ferran Engineering Group do a total change-out of my A/C system about 5 years ago. Since then my electric bills have gone down significantly and my home is much more comfortable. The job was done on schedule and very professionally done.
I called then to clean my A/C ducts and dryer vent. They sent a two man crew who did a very thorough job and to my way of thinking went above and beyond what I may have expected. They were both friendly and efficient and knowledge of their job. It was a costly job but I definitely feel like I got value for my money.

I no longer feel comfortable recommending their AC services. After a recent experience with much confusion, incorrect billing, missed phone calls, several unanswered messages, wrong addresses, etc, I have lost faith. Customer service MUST be a priority for any company no matter how large. When that is lost, customers will go elsewhere.

This company is terrible. Service was through my come warranty company. No follow up. Called them 4 times and never returned call, even after they kept promising.
They lied that the warranty company would not authorize service. Finally warranty company assigned another vendor and other vendor found issue right away and repaired.

Very long story, as short as possible. We live in an older house and, since we moved in here ten years ago, we have had an old Florida Power energy saver box attached to our hot water heater. Well, we have never had Florida Power for our electric service but have Progress Energy. So, when I went to change out the hot water tank, I thought it might be nice to get rid of the old Florida Power equipment attached to it. When I called Florida Power they subcontracted to Ferran to remove the old box and replace it with the Progress Energy equivalent. When their electricians came out they were very professional
