Had my inside and outside unit replaced. This group is fantastic to work with. Pleasant and explain everything in terms I could understand and did an amazing job. Ms. Bonnie in the office is not only efficient but is also very pleasant and a pleasure to speak with. So pleased with the entire process.

I bought a new unit a Goodman it is so loud it did not work right the first 30 days. They came by and stated it was fine. I paid over 6000 for the unit. On day 31 they stated something was wrong and I had to pay 800 dollars to get it repaired. It still is not working right. MY HOUSE STILL DOES NOT COOL IT IS WORSE THEN THE OLD ONE I LOST 6000 DOLLARS. DONT LET THEM SELL U A LEMON RUN RUN

Last June we were told we needed a new Air Handler and heat pump. They were malfunctioning and the age just warranted a new one. We chose America Standards because if the DBI. We wanted the quietest they offered. They installed the unit but never tested the heat! In October upon returning to Florida we turned on the heat! It sounds like a jet ! Absolute after multiple visits and calls says that’s the way it is. American Standard says the vendor has to fix the issue. They will only deal with the vendor! They could move the unit into the garage but that is at and additional cost of $6,000 over

I have been using Absolute Air for the past several months. They are quick to respond. They work in a timely manner and have great customer service.
Today I had a new heat and air system installed and I am really please with with their service and Bonnie at the office is a joy to work with. I couldn't ask for better or more timely service. Thank you All for your hard work!!!

Mr. Kelley came out this afternoon because my A/C was having trouble cooling down the house. He was very informative and didn’t mind me asking questions during the maintenance being performed. Within the hour the a/c was back up and performing better than ever. Use absolute and you will be absolutely satisfied.

Absolute Air Conditioning is the best around! Great pricing, fantastic work and just the friendliest guys you would want to do work for you. They installed a new Heat pump and air handler, cleaned our vent ducts, and simply made the failure of our 15 year old system as pleasant as possible. I called them about 7pm on Monday, they assessed the problem Tuesday morning and the job was completed around 4pm on Wednesday. I always thought vent duct cleaning was a scam, but let me say, the vent ducts looked brand new when they were finished. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the job extremely well

Unlike other local A/C companies, they take their business phones home with you them, so in an actual mid-summer emergency crisis, they actually get you fast, friendly prompt service, that is at a fair price for the attention that I receive from this family owner local small business! I absolutely LOVE Absolute Air!! I recommend them to everyone that I meet that has an A/C or Heating issue of any kind!
