Currently, Morsetech is owned and operated by the "second generation", Frank Morse, III. and Patrick Morse. A pleated 1 filter should be checked monthly and changed every one to three months maximum. We recommend 12 oz. of 1 part vinegar and 1 part warm water every time you change or clean your filter.

Morsetech was founded by Frank L. Morse Jr. who was "called" to this industry in the 1980s. With the help of his wife/office manager, Ginny, his two sons, Frank III and Patrick, and a close knit "family" of service technicians and office staff, we are blessed to have grown into the effective, well organized, and rapidly growing air conditioning company we are today.

Patrick, Frank and Gayne did an amazing job and price was very strong. I got a much better system than offered by CertifiedClimate. These guys only install the best. Look at consumer reports, American Standard has the lowest breakdown of any AC brand. Thank you for the excellent and clean 1 day tear out and install.
