Erica Lugbill is the founder and creative director of Lugbill Designs, a Chicago interior design firm. Her passion for interior design was cultivated through her education, a love of travel, fashion and her years spent working as a lead designer at several high-end design firms in Chicago. Recognizing a need in the market for a bespoke design service specializing in both decor and full renovations, Erica established Lugbill Designs in 2010.
I hired Lugbill Designs for a kitchen renovation and was very impressed! Erica Lugbill has a terrific design eye and a talent for making a space really pop. She is extremely professional, courteous, and shows tremendous attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with the end results and will use Lugbill Designs for design work for many years to come.

Lugbill did a kitchen and main bathroom renovation for us. After telling them our goals they devised a design plan and brought samples that were right on target for our style and budget.
The work was done spring of 2021 during the pandemic when there were significant delays with products. Lugbill was able to get our products to us when we needed them, and communicated with us daily when there were unavoidable delays. They did whatever they could to expedite deliveries. Because of their experience and hard work we had no major delays or interruptions in our renovations.

Erica and her team are outstanding to work with. I've engaged her services both personally and professionally. I first met Erica when she was helping some of my real estate clients with a complicated rehab for their new condo as part of the House Hunters Renovation show. I was impressed with how well she listened to the clients and was able to source more affordable products to achieve a certain look and feel.

You will never go wrong choosing Erica and her team at Lugbill Designs. They are talented, professional and a blast to work with. I hired Erica for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and it turned out better then I could of ever imagined. Erica has great ideas and an eye for color. Her suggestions were always right on point. I was so pleased that I hired Erica to continue other projects on the first floor of my house which she has transformed. You will never regret bringing her and her team in on your design project!

Thank you Erica! She dealt with my craziness, that alone earned her 5 stars. She is patient, kind and very talented. She always got back to us whether it was an email or text. If ever I called, she always picked up. She helped me with a new kitchen, 2 baths, new flooring, painting..etc..
I had no clue on what to do, or what I wanted. She did a beautiful job. Her knowledge on product and design is what she does best. A very nice girl and her assistant Joe is a great guy. I recommend she & Joe for any large or small project.

I hired Lugbill Designs when I moved into a new condo that needed updating. What I really appreciated about Lugbill Designs was that they helped us pick the most impactful updates for our budget. And for the updates for which we didn't have sufficient budget (e.g., complete kitchen and bath remodel), they recommended more cost effective updates that created an updated look. In addition to picking out paint colors, floor colors, lighting upgrades, they helped us design our space with the items we wanted to keep, and they recommended items that would fit within our personal style and budget
