Tabb is the best. Just finished a full kitchen remodel and added a dry bar in our dining room. Great communication and customer service throughout the entire process. Very happy with the Ultracraft and Kith products. Tabb's guidance was great and really helped us make some smart decisions. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I are in the middle of a rehab and needed some more cost efficient options for our rental unit. Tabb has helped us find both a tub, bathroom fixtures and kitchen fixtures that look great/high end but cost effective. All of the guys we've worked with over there have been knowledgeable, helpful and patient-- and no pushy sales tactics! I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice range of fixture styles, prices, etc. If you aren't trying to go the custom route, they really do have it all! Thanks Tabb and team!

I'm a building owner in West Town and recently went through an extensive rehab of a unit. While I had endless problems with contractors, subs and a handful of vendors, J&D Whirlpool was quite literally the only place where I never had an issue. It was quite the opposite actually, as they worked with me until I was 100% satisfied. I spent most of my time with Tabb who was excellent, however the rest of the guys (Jeff and Mike I believe) were great too when needed. All in all they're absolute class acts and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. Thanks again guys!!

Jeff was very helpful. My older Jacuzzi tub was birthing little black flakes that seemed to be having more babies each time I turned on my tub. I thought some part must be breaking down. Jeff reassured me that all my tub needed was a thorough pipe cleaning. He gave me detailed instructions and sent me on my happy merry way. Thank you SO much. I can't wait to use my tub soon!
