CROOKS!!!!! The saga continues with proof that these people are breaking the law!!!!! See attached image, CLEARLY, they owed me a WINDSHIELD. They gave me the name and number of the person to call, I set the windshield replacement up for yesterday, 01/27 , after I posted the first negative review. This poor windshield guy drove all the way from Castle Rock to my house, had picked up the windshield on the way and as he is at my house these CROOKS - the woman going by "Star" - yep, anything BUT, her real name is A. Bisonette, tells the windshield guy that they are NOT paying for it because I posted

Bought a vehicle that the salesman said was his brothers. And that it was mechanically sound. Drove it home and back to pick up my other vehicle. Roughly 60 miles. And it's throwing codes for misfire and knocking in the engine. Left it at the dealership overnight.
Just met with John this morning, They are sending it to the shop and taking care of the repairs. Upgraded my star rating from 1 star to 3. I will update this review again as the process continues.

I guess they regularly sell cars with transmission/engine failures. They also did not send the check to my old bank for my trade in, resulting in me making two car payments for two cars (one of which they had) until they finally sent the check over a month later. Disorganized and dishonest. Do not buy from here unless you want to pour money into whatever car you’re getting.

A person in a red Nissan Rouge car with the large Icar logo on the back window almost hit me while driving in rush hour. This was an intentional maneuver as they sped around me and cut me off. I expect Icar to hire better people driving its name around.
EDIT: The owner responded saying that logos are on every car sold. I want to make it clear that this was a large sticker on the back window…I doubt any customer would buy a car with a window sticker taking up the entire back window. I’m confident this was a company vehicle.

Scam Artists. They are avoiding calls about this because they know they f*cked up.
2 weeks after purchase: The mechanic who inspected it said he'd never seen anything this horrible in 30+ years of being a mechanic. He was surprised we even got it home from the dealership, as it is in unsafe condition.
The frame is rusted and was painted over so you couldn't tell. This was obviously not disclosed info. Here is the list of additional replacements that would need to be made:
Rear shocks
Rear brakes
Rear differential rebuild
Complete Rear driveshaft rebuild
Transfer case rebuild
Complete

My daughter and I purchased a Honda Odesey in March of this year 2021 for her and her 4 kids, with in just 5 weeks the car started showing some serious issues with overheating and unable to pick up speed. We had the car looked at and were told the transmission was going out on it, $3000 repair. Obviously this isn't covered under the warranty. The car is completely inoperable and it is only September we paid $5200 for this vehicle and never drove it over 1000 miles.
I am very disappointed and wish the laws were different when it comes to stuff like this. Don't buy a car here!

John was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. He helped gear me towards a more long term reliable vehicle vs swindling me into one that could’ve broken down at any time. I highly recommend anyone wanting a vehicle to come here. They have plenty of options to choose from and the paperwork process was as pain free as buying any vehicle could be.

I would STEER CLEAR of this dealership. My 18 year old son went to buy his first car on his own. He found the truck he really wanted. The salesman saw my son coming and took advantage of a first time buyer. Not 24 hrs he drove it off the lot his brakes locked up as he was driving and almost caused a serious accident. 1100.00 later the axle seals were leaking and our mechanic said they didn't just start leaking... It had been leaking for a while!!!! This dealership knowing sold my son a car with SERIOUS PROBLEMS that were never disclosed, and these could of caused a serious accident because

In November my daughter and I purchased 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 from this dealership. One week after the purchase the truck stopped running. The FES failed and the thermostat failed. We took the truck to an auto repair to address the issues so we could get an emissions test. The auto repair shop gave us a list of issues including needing a new catalytic converter. (the current on is blowing substrate out the tail pipe. There is a total bill of over $5,000 just to get the truck moving. We went back to the dealership to address these issues. Bought a car April from Icar automotive, the 2nd day I had it a check engine came on. Well of course I didn't mind to much as they sold us a warranty that would cover it. So that week I took it in go Gianni's Repair which is where they told us to take it, my cars fuel pump cam follower had ruined the camshaft and fuel pump itself and had to be replaced.
The damage was there before I bought the car, as the mechanic showed me how the whole piece was worn though completely and metal got in the engine parts, that kind of damage doesn't happen instantly, after some research they have to be changed

My husband and I bought a car here just a little over a month ago. They were super nice and made us feel like we were making a great purchase. A couple weeks into our purchase the car started leaking coolant. It is now completely undrivable because the leak is so severe, we are waiting for the mechanic to let us know what else is going on with the car (the brakes are also going out). I bought my car from this dealership. They treated me really well in the beginning!! It needed a heater put in they agreed to fix it. They offered to fix it and paid for it. It went in 3 times for just the heater!! They did an oil change for me just to be nice!! Well a week later after getting the car back my oil light came on.. Why would my oil light come on when the oil was just changed??My boss looked and there was NO oil in the vehicle!!! He put oil in it for me THANK GOODNESS!! I took my daughter here while looking for her first car. I didn't expect to find much, it's off the main road from the dealerships on West Colfax, but I figured it couldn't hurt to have a look.
